Answer:	If you are strong, you can push yourself on carpets. The hardest part is going from one level of floor to another-hardwood to just a rug even. Or a tall threshold. But if your floors are all carpet that aren't too thick, you won't have a problem.

Answer:	I solved this. I would pull the scale out, step on it, and get a first weight that was 3.5 lbs too high. Second weight was right. Turns out I wasn't letting it reset after moving it. Just set the scale on the floor. Tap it or briefly step on it. Let it flicker and then go to 0.0; then when you step on it you'll get the correct weight.

Question:	Can't get scale to turn on, have put in new batteries, pressed the button, and stood on it many times, nothing ever turns on, any other suggestions
Answer:	yes. Each person would need to get the app installed on their phone. When using, open the app and tap the "Measure" button (the center blue icon on the bottom) and it will link to the scale. Then just step on the scale.
Question:	What batteries does it take
Answer:	Those are two different issues. If it won't turn on, first check to be sure batteries are fresh and properly installed. Remove the battery cover plate on the back of the scale. It is the part with 4 rows of 7 plastic dots and remove it by pulling down on the rows of dots. Replace all 3 batteries at one time being sure the flat end of the battery is against the spring (-). I'm not aware of any reset on the scale but there is a small button above the silver product label on the back you can press to change from kg to lbs. Be sure the app is properly installed on your smartphone if you also want all the other body metrics. I love the scale so I hope this helps.

Answer:	HI! My name is Karen and I am with Med Shop & Beyond. You can certainly place the pedal exerciser on a table. Just be sure that it is placed on a flat, straight surface. For arm pedaling, ensure both arms are at a comfortable height when holding the pedals. Please bear in mind that the exerciser is meant for gentle exercise for physiotherapy, and not vigorous exercise to get your heart rate up. Pedaling it too vigorously may cause it to wobble. Answer:	How water proof are they? Not much. I've always treated mine with respect as they do cost money. I like mine very much and all, but always treat them as if they are your life. Yea a little sprinkle here and there won't hurt them, but don't go submerging them in a puddle either. Mine is always put away on a shelf in my van and away from all liquids.

Answer:	I didn’t see a certificate of calibration. It has the ability to re-set it to 0 before each use. I’m very pleased with it. I’ve checked it with a known weight amount and it’s been correct every time.
Question:	R134A compatible
Answer:	This a refrigerant scale. It is made to weigh your refrigerant and reclaim tanks. So yes...not sure why you couldn't use it with 134A jugs. As a business we own 3 of these. 1 failed within a few weeks. Elitech had us the replacement within 48 hours. Before we shipped ours back. Great support and great product.
