Answer:	Once it’s on, it’s staying there until you take it off. Pop sockets are usually a one time on one time off kinda thing. Unless you can strip it off with floss then super glue it to something else. I’ve done that before

Answer:	Mine didn’t stick at first either. But when you get any pop socket you’re supposed to put it on and leave it there for a day and let the adhesive stick to the phone or the case. I didn’t do that so mine didn’t stick, but I just used super glue and put it on my phone case and it works perfect.

Answer:	No, this isn't waterproof, maybe water resistant. It is strong, hefty feeling material, I wouldn't stand out in the pouring rain with it, but if it started raining I would have time to find shelter before my gear got wet (could always spray the bag with a 'camp dry' waterproofing spray as well).

Answer:	AUS 8 steel with a dlc like baked on coating that works very well to guard against rust. The steel is treated with a cryogenic heat process that's one of the best out there. Not a hard use knife per say but definitely a solid every day carry option that could be pushed into some hard use from time to time if the need were to arise.

Question:	Will using this on carpet/wood/laminate cause inconsistent/incorrect results
Answer:	Its not really a spring issue it more of a breaking in issue after a couple days of opening and closing my newest one it’s quite nice to flick open with the flipper and my old one is rather loose now with years of action on it. For me the thumb studs are useless as they are too close to the handle to get a good purchase on them so I only use the kick or flipper as some call it.
