It's a great lighter weight chair that is much easier to load and unload than a wheelchair. Raised handles with brake give caregiver a lot more control when pushing the chair. I highly recommend it.

Answer:	I’ve ever had that problem, but I’d change out the battery.

Answer:	I would only do that if you put it back in its box. Outside of the box, no. It is very large and very heavy glass. I remember seeing one reviewer whose scale completely shattered.

Answer:	May need to do a hard reset of scale. Take batteries out and leave out for 90 minutes, no less. and then put back in and see if it will register weight. If not, you may need to return it

Answer:	regardless of what color it is....DON'T BUY IT!!!! absolute worst scale ever! Unless your weight varies by 3lbs or more per day, it will wigh you at the exact same weight each day. the only way I've found to correct this issue is to grab a few heavy itmes each day, weigh myself and then drop the various heavy items and re-weigh myself to get an accurate reading.
