3. Position the cuff leaving a clearance of about 1-1.5cm (1/2 inch) between the cuff and the bottom of your palm.



4. The display needs to be on your inner wrist, as your pulse is strongest there. The monitor has a sensor behind the display that takes the reading

by recording your pulse.



5. For the most accurate reading, put your elbow in a relaxed but supported position on table and align your wrist with your heart at same level, then turn the monitor on to take a reading.

Answer:	The E5 error means that the pulse is not significant enough to get a reading. Don’t be afraid to wrap the cuff on your bicep snug - like a pair of socks. It will not over tighten during its testing. You should also have the arm you’re testing resting unbent on a table/desk above your heart. Hope this helps!

Answer:	A reading may not be accurate if the arm is not at heart level thus the arm recommended to be stretched out onto a table. This is what most sites tell you to do ... "Sit with your feet flat on the floor, rest your back against the chair, and place your arm on a table or other flat surface to the level of your heart".

Answer:	I received both a set of 4 AAA batteries and a USB cable that I can plug into a USB wall charger if I want to save the batteries. There is also a port for a wall AC adapter but the AC adapter is not included.

How to charge?

1. Slide the power switch to ""ON"" position (the switch is on the left side of device), it won't be charged if in ""OFF"" position.

2. Plug the usb charging cord attached and connect to the phone adapter/computer USB port/power bank.

3. It usually takes 2-3 hours to full charge. When charging completed, six squares will stop flashing and keep bright.

Answer:	Hi, In order to get an accurate reading using the wrist monitor, the palm should be open facing you and that the monitor should be at heart level. Thanks.
Question:	what is it’s measurements
Answer:	yes, in sleep mode press SET for at least 3-5 seconds to enter "programming" mode, (the little person icon will be flashing) press SET again use toggle through the year, date time (24 hour clock) settings which are small numbers at the top right, use MEM to change the values and SET to confirm and advance. Next you'll see in large letters SP (turn to OFF) and PA (turn to OFF). I'm not sure what SP and PA are but by turning both off I was able to mute the Voice. (SP may be speaker, PA may be the spoken instructions at the start of taking your blood pressure).
Question:	Does this model come with a carrying case
Answer:	I am a Nurse Practitioner & I have very specific instructions for my patients to take their blood pressure. As there can be many variables that can effect every reading. First you want to make sure the batteries are good (new) in the monitor. Then wrap the monitor around your arm, sit still with both feet flat on the floor, no movement or talking for 2-5 minutes then take the blood pressure. I have them try to stake it at the same time of the day for comparison. Slight movements, talking, lying down, standing, agitation, being upset, etc. can all effect blood pressure readings. . Very rarely will you get the exact blood pressure reading in secession, but they should be within 10-15 mm Hg for both systolic(top #) & diastolic(bottom #). I also have my patients bring their blood pressure monitor with then to their appointments to compare readings so I can make sure it is calibrated correctly & inspect it for any defects. I also have them keep a log & bring it to all appointments & document circumstances that could effect any abnormal (high or low) readings, such as increased stress, sleep deprivation, high sodium meals, any pain, etc. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It actually is voice activated. When it's finished taking your blood pressure, it tells you the readings and indicates whether it's normal or above normal. When you turn it off it will notify you that the screening is completed.

Answer:	Yes! (It actually isn't explained in the instructions at all, the voice setting was only mentioned in briefly in passing. Eventually I figured it out!) 1) Hold "SET" button for 3 seconds. 2) Press the "SET" button 6 more times until "SP" appears on the top line in large letters. The current setting (whether "OFF" or "ON" will be blinking on the lower line. 3) Press "MEM" to alternate between turning the voice setting "OFF" or "ON".

Answer:	No, it will work on either wrist,,, it may even work on an ankle..but will give inaccurate readings.. . but monitor needs to be approximately the same height as the heart, and held still during measurement. Answer:	The term "bluetooth" was no where on either the box or instructions. The is however a caution about Electronic interference while using this item. So, that being the case, don't think it has bluetooth capabilities.

Answer:	For accurate readings, the cuff could accommodate a 9-10" wrist. I wrapped this around the widest part of my hand to see if it would stay on while reading, and it did.
