Answer:	The E5 error means that the pulse is not significant enough to get a reading. Don’t be afraid to wrap the cuff on your bicep snug - like a pair of socks. Question:	This is a pos. i have spent hours with nothing but e4 errors. tried everything possible. buy at your own risk
Answer:	I did not experience e4 errors, but did find this unit to be terribly inaccurate so purchased the table model with arm cuff and it is much more accurate. I have found that transferring readings to my iPhone from either unit isn't the most straightforward process, but they do always eventually get transferred.

Answer:	No electrical cord. I am an RN & this is the best BP cuff (when used correctly) that I have used in 40 years. It is accurate & easy. Know where your radial pulse is so you place it correctly & place arm (& hand) as directed. Once you do this correctly every BP taken will be easy & correct.
Question:	Can the app be used on an iPhone X
Answer:	I haven't had an X, but I have an iPhone 11 and the app works just fine. However, there doesn't seem to be anything that indicates it's actually downloading. In fact, the app just appears to be doing nothing, but after a couple of minutes I disconnect and the download is in the app. Weird, but it works.
Question:	Will the omron wrist cuff read accurately if you have pvc and pac
Answer:	This wrist cuff is not accurate at all in any circumstances. I found it consistently read high compared to my omron arm cuff. I talked with my doctor and she informed me that wrist cuffs are not as accurate as arm cuffs. The wrist cuffs are convenient but it appears they give false readings. Mine constantly told me I was in hypertension crisis and to go to the er immediately. I then used my arm cuff and found my bp to be perfectly normal. I'd discuss with your doctor to find what works best for you.

Answer:	It actually is voice activated. When it's finished taking your blood pressure, it tells you the readings and indicates whether it's normal or above normal. When you turn it off it will notify you that the screening is completed.

Answer:	Yes! (It actually isn't explained in the instructions at all, the voice setting was only mentioned in briefly in passing. Eventually I figured it out!) 1) Hold "SET" button for 3 seconds. 2) Press the "SET" button 6 more times until "SP" appears on the top line in large letters. The current setting (whether "OFF" or "ON" will be blinking on the lower line. 3) Press "MEM" to alternate between turning the voice setting "OFF" or "ON".

Answer:	They can be due to narrower arteries at the wrist, that are also closer to the skin, than theu are in the upper arm. Best to take your wrist monitor to Dr office and take a reading to compare to theirs.

Answer:	So, do you take your monitor to Drs office to check? BP & heart rate vary as you know depending on activity. In Drs office, there's always white coat syndrome, so you may read a bit higher than at home. Wrist monitors, like mine as well, will give the Dr an estimate of your readings to make an educated decision regarding med changes if needed. I keep a log. Take my BP 3x daily w/ heart rate. Those reading caused my Dr to lower my BP meds. I've been doing great since! So don't worry about the fluctuations between your readings and the Drs. Also, check your batteries. May be getting low. Answer:	I'm not a mechanical engineer, but my husband is. ;-) He had explained to me during my use of the scooter that while the limitations of tie rod were annoying, it was necessary. While the tie rod steering severely restricts the turning radius, it had very much protected me from toppling over by "cutting" the turn too tightly. However... the way I overcame the limited turning radius was to put fabric steering wheel covers on each tire (for indoor hard floor use or for outdoor deck use). This allowed me to "slide" the front wheels sideways. I doubt the manufacturer's lawyers would sign off on such a behavior, but I found that fix much safer and way less annoying than doing a bunch of 3-point turns to make a 90* turn. I must say: I really really appreciated the sturdiness and safety of this QUAD KneeRover. Frankly, I would NOT get one any less robust. I could REALLY zip around very SAFELY. At the time of my surgery/recovery, I was 60 yo/155#. My full foot reconstruction required me to be totally non-weight bearing for a full 3 months. This scooter made that easily possible. I never once toppled over. BTW - I have lots of post-foot-surgery tips. Feel free to contact me, if you have any other questions! Godspeed.

Answer:	My insurance covers these 100% with their preferred vendors. Outside of preferred vendors, it goes towards out-of-pocket deductible. Thus, buying the one I want on Amazon will go towards my deductible. Otherwise, the preferred vendors I called only rent them (by the month) and they are used and can’t guarantee a specific model.
