This bp monitor will automatic turn off after 1 minute no operation, easy and convenient to operate. Or you can press the central button to turn off your bp monitor, please note if sliding power switch to "OFF" position will reset device setting.
How to charge?
1. Slide the power switch to ""ON"" position (the switch is on the left side of device), it won't be charged if in ""OFF"" position.
2. Plug the usb charging cord attached and connect to the phone adapter/computer USB port/power bank.
3. It usually takes 2-3 hours to full charge. When charging completed, six squares will stop flashing and keep bright.
Note： You can not take a measurement while charging.
Storage Data---90 sets of measurement results memory for 2 user, which can display the average reading of the last 3 measurements, convenient for users to retrieve data comparison
Automatic Off---Automatic turn off after 1 minute of manual shutdown or no operation, easy and convenient to operate

1. During the same time period, the measurement data of the left and right hands will be different. Readings at same period also will be different between wrist type and upper arm type blood pressure monitor.
2.Please don't drink alcohol or coffee, eating, smoking, exercising and bathing in 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
3.Please take a measurement at the same time each day so that the data can be compared in a valuable way.

| Answer: | I did not experience e4 errors, but did find this unit to be terribly inaccurate so purchased the table model with arm cuff and it is much more accurate. I have found that transferring readings to my iPhone from either unit isn't the most straightforward process, but they do always eventually get transferred. |

| Answer: | This wrist cuff is not accurate at all in any circumstances. I found it consistently read high compared to my omron arm cuff. I talked with my doctor and she informed me that wrist cuffs are not as accurate as arm cuffs. The wrist cuffs are convenient but it appears they give false readings. Mine constantly told me I was in hypertension crisis and to go to the er immediately. I then used my arm cuff and found my bp to be perfectly normal. I'd discuss with your doctor to find what works best for you. |

| Answer: | I had the same issue/question when I just got mine....no where in the manual does it explain this. To switch, with the unit OFF press and hold the MEM button for a few seconds. The device will turn on with the 1st person icon selected. Press the MEM button again to toggle to the 2nd person then press the SET button. Now when you press the START button to fully turn it on to take a reading, it will be listing the 2nd person's memory slot. It will stay on this 2nd one until you change it back. Not intuitive at all, it really needs to be in the manual. As an aside....the manual lists the companies website for support but it is woeful as there is nothing on there like FAQ's or updated manuals. I even called their 800 number from the manual several times, chose customer service and it was never answered. |
