Answer:	The E5 error means that the pulse is not significant enough to get a reading. Don’t be afraid to wrap the cuff on your bicep snug - like a pair of socks. It will not over tighten during its testing. You should also have the arm you’re testing resting unbent on a table/desk above your heart. Hope this helps!

How to apply the cuff correctly?



1. Wrap the wrist cuff securely around your wrist. Do not apply the cuff over clothing.



2. Wrap the cuff around whichever wrist is easier to apply to, however, because measurement values vary between the right and left wrists,

make sure to always measure on the same side.



3. Position the cuff leaving a clearance of about 1-1.5cm (1/2 inch) between the cuff and the bottom of your palm.



4. The display needs to be on your inner wrist, as your pulse is strongest there. The monitor has a sensor behind the display that takes the reading

by recording your pulse.



5. For the most accurate reading, put your elbow in a relaxed but supported position on table and align your wrist with your heart at same level, then turn the monitor on to take a reading.

Note: You can use the carrying/storage case for wrist support.

Answer:	They can be due to narrower arteries at the wrist, that are also closer to the skin, than theu are in the upper arm. Best to take your wrist monitor to Dr office and take a reading to compare to theirs.

Answer:	So, do you take your monitor to Drs office to check? BP & heart rate vary as you know depending on activity. In Drs office, there's always white coat syndrome, so you may read a bit higher than at home. Wrist monitors, like mine as well, will give the Dr an estimate of your readings to make an educated decision regarding med changes if needed. I keep a log. Take my BP 3x daily w/ heart rate. Those reading caused my Dr to lower my BP meds. I've been doing great since! So don't worry about the fluctuations between your readings and the Drs. Also, check your batteries. May be getting low. Answer:	It actually is voice activated. When it's finished taking your blood pressure, it tells you the readings and indicates whether it's normal or above normal. When you turn it off it will notify you that the screening is completed.

Answer:	Yes! (It actually isn't explained in the instructions at all, the voice setting was only mentioned in briefly in passing. Eventually I figured it out!) 1) Hold "SET" button for 3 seconds. 2) Press the "SET" button 6 more times until "SP" appears on the top line in large letters. The current setting (whether "OFF" or "ON" will be blinking on the lower line. 3) Press "MEM" to alternate between turning the voice setting "OFF" or "ON".

Answer:	It depends how much space there is in the place it is installed. With a crowded space under the sink in the cabinet drilling the hole and installing drain saddle and installing faucet might be a bit challenging. Rest of the connections other than water inlet are just push compression connections.

Question:	How many time can you check your BloodPressure before you have to change the batteries
Answer:	Each filter has a rated life and you'll have to calculate how much you're using to figure out. A good rule of thumb is to replace the sediment filter the most often (as it starts looking dirty, prob 1-6mos). Change the carbon filters on a schedule because chlorine is the most dangerous thing to let through to the membrane (usually 6-12mos). Chlorine will quickly damage the membrane(most expensive to replace, usually 1-2yrs). Letting hot water run through the system opens the pores on the membrane and let's contaminants through. Also, when you change carbon filters, let them flush to the drain before connecting output to membrane (will keep carbon dust from settling in the membrane pores). The easiest way to check if you need to replace the membrane is with an inexpensive ppm/tds meter, you should be in the 0-50ppm range, depending on your starting ppms of the tap (collect sample before it reaches the mineralizer to test). Once ppms start creeping up, you need to change your membrane. You will need a ph tester to determine if the mineralizer is exhausted. Each filter really has it's own rate it wears out. I've worked with reef tanks and hydroponics most of my life so I help these tips help.

Correct Method of Usage

1.Relax for minutes. Wrap the cuff around the left upper arm.

2.The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 0.5 inch.

3.Align the air tubing with the litter finger on the plam side of the upper arm.

Question:	what kind of batteries does it use and how many batteries
Answer:	Thanks for the reply. My concern isn't so much the ability of the screws to hold, but more the ability of the camera to pivot so greatly that the top of the camera is still the top even when the base is mounted to the underside of the soffit. If you look at a photo of the camera, if it is mounted the way I want to and the camera doesn't pivot completely, then the sun shield will be on the bottom which won't really work.
Question:	Bring the batteries? cable to charge
Answer:	I have only had my units for 2 months so I have not had this issue yet, however you should not have to take the unit down to accomplish this. It is only a matter of removing one screw from the face of the unit and pulling the mechanism out and replacing the batteries. Should be easy enough. I don't know how long the batteries will last, but one of the reviews I read said theirs had been up for six months and were still going.

Q: Why does my blood pressure vary from reading to reading?

A: It is quite normal for people’s blood pressure to change throughout the day and night, or in different settings where you may measure your blood pressure. In fact, there are published studies that show a given person’s blood pressure can change by up to 20mm within a day, based on activity levels, food/drink intake, stress, etc. The doctor measures several times during the measurement and then receives a value that he has in mind as a diagnostic reference.

Q: I feel painful or numb when takeing measurement, is it a good or bad sign?

A: It's normal to feel like that. To measure your blood pressure, the cuff will be tighten until the arterial blood flow is stopped temporarily. So you might feel painful or numb for a while, but it is not harmful for your body and will disappear in a minute.
