Answer:	It depends totally on you. I would recommend you use it as much as you can so that you start seeing results soon. I personally use it the whole day sometimes, even while sleeping!

Question:	A review states rubs arms pits. Has this been corrected, if so how
Answer:	It's pretty much self explanatory. For me it wasn't easy to put on bit I'm not very flexible. It does help correct your posture.

Answer:	I'd suggest trying another brand. This one is a very cheap material and is irritating on my small frame. I can only imagine how it would feel on a person with a large chest.
