How to use？

1. To adjust the curvature, you need to stretch the plantar fascia. It is recommended to start at 90 degrees.

2. Place the splint on the instep so that it fits over the top of the foot, wraps the ankle and secures it with a Velcro.

3. Wrap the forefoot and fix it with a Velcro.

4. Pull the elastic band on the splint, pass the plastic buckle, and then stick the front foot with the velcro.

5. Attach the middle Velcro of the excess elastic strap to the bottom of the splint and pull the ends of the strap to the ankle.

Answer:	These insoles are slightly firmer and they hold their form as opposed to being more noodle like. These insole also have a break in period of about 30 minutes to an hour of walking or light running. They will form to your foot.

Answer:	I use my red insoles in the New Balance 1080 v9, Hoka Speedgoat 3 and Salomon Sense Ride 2 if that helps.
Question:	may I sleep with wear this drop foot splint all night
Answer:	You should expect to get 3 or 4 months of use from the insoles if walking continuously for 40 hours a week . Note that weight also plays a factor. If you are a 300lb male walking those same continuous 40 mile weeks expect to get just a few months of use and if you are 100lb female you may get up to 6 to 8 months.

Undo Velcro Straps

Loosen up outer top and bottom long straps by undoing velcro and removing both straps out of the hook buckles. Both long straps should be hanging loose.

Undo Inner Neoprene Straps

Undo both top and bottom inner straps. Everyday Medical logo on the strap denotes the top of brace that should go around your ankle.

Line Up Brace with Foot

Line up brace as depicted in the diagram and bend metal bar with some force so that it is around 90-130 degress. You will re-adjust this later on.

Redo if Necessary

If the metal bars angle is not comfortable or not pulling the toes up enough start again with step #1 and re-adjust the splint angle by bending the metal bar accordingly. Also if needed re-tighten both sets of straps. The goal is for the toes to be pulled up slightly.

Answer:	All compression stockings have open toes to be able to check the toes for good circulation. If there's too much compression, the blood circulation to the toes could be restricted.

Answer:	I work at a hospital where I walk miles a day on concrete sometimes my plantar fasciitis kicks in and these have been a godsend I put them on at night and I wake up the next morning and can go again without pain walking. They are made beautifully very sturdy I hand wash them and hang them to dry I do it in the morning they’re ready to go for the next night I wish you the best with this response
Question:	Does this compress the top of the foot at all? I need light-medium compression for a stress fracture and am tired of using wraps
Answer:	Yes. I had plantar fasciitis on the right foot & my left foot was sore just below my big toe. I wore both socks & it fixed both. The snug fit compressed my feet & that's what healed my left foot too. I tried to wrap my left foot & it was too bulky to walk & wear shoes in. Hope that helps.
Question:	What are the sizes
Answer:	The size chart is the third photo in the description. FWIW, I am a women's 9 to 9.5 (with a thin foot but a high arch), and I sustained a mid-foot injury where wrapping was recommended by podiatrist. I measured my foot and was right on the line between M and L, so I bought a pair of the M (figuring I needed them to be tight). I figured right and these have been a lot of help and they fit in most shoes, unlike wrapping, even with "vet tape". However, perhaps due to my high arches, I cannot sleep in them but must take off at the end of the day even for comfortable relaxing in the recliner.Therefore, measure your foot and if near the limits for a size, (1) if you need compression, size down, but (2) if you need to sleep in them, size up. BTW, I chose this brand because the cuff appeared loosest of the the brands on Amazon -- Did not want to constrict my ankles. They are not LOOSE of course, but I have sport socks that make a deeper indent. If you are diabetic or have circulatory disorder, you should probably seek advice from your physician.
