Answer:	They would be great for lyrical. More flexible than a ballet shoe and you can move the top elastic behind your heel if you want. Very soft leather and split sole.

Answer:	My daughter normally wears a size 8 but purchased a size 12 Freeform and it fit perfectly.

Answer:	I wear a size 8.5 and the size 9 I purchased fits one of the women in the class who wears a size 7. So you can try that size. I do not know what b(m) means, I normally wear M.

Answer:	Laura, not specific arch support. Seems more under the balls and heels of feet, and they're very close fitting so inserts probably wouldn't work. But I use them as organ shoes, and that's not all day.

Answer:	No! Yoga us best done barefoot. If anything try some nonslip socks. Ballet shoes are meant to glide on the floor.

Answer:	I’m not much help, I had a really difficult time figuring out sizes also. So finally I resorted to a roundabout way to get her size ordered; I snappped a photo of my daughter’s friends shoe which was her same size and I then knew to order that size. I can’t attach a photo here, but it read “7m h5 65 2033”. She’s 9 years old and wears a size 3 shoe. I hope amazon or the merchant figured out a better way to clarify the sizing in this dance shoe because we love this dance shoe and it’s the only one we buy anymore!

Answer:	Yes, ours came with the elastics sewn in. The "bow" shown on the front is actually an elastic cord that runs through the top of the shoe and can be cinched up to fit the dancers foot (her teacher requires that it be knotted and cut - rather than in a bow).

Answer:	I wish there was a sizing conversion table available as each time we’ve bought for ballet shoes, we’ve had to return it at least once due to incorrect size. At the time of purchase, my daughter wore a size womens 6 and the womens 8.5 fit.

Answer:	I typically buy 1/2 size bigger than my daughter's current tennis shoe size to make sure they're not too tight.

Answer:	I ordered mine with my daughters exact length. They do run small. Within 3 months I am purchasing another size up, (she measures 6.5 inches currently) buying a 10 1/2. I would recommend going up from her length to get more use out of them, half or whole size, depending on child preference, my daughter doesn't like them too loose. Answer:	The standard for dance shoes like these is to get 1.5 sizes up from your street shoe size. I wear a size 7.5 in 'street" shoes so I buy these in a 9. I see some say two sizes it may depend upon your feet but i have bought these for years for zumba. They are great if you need arch support! These are the best since they won't twerk your knees since they slide and don't stick to the floor ( unless you use them for street shoes) I just looked on the Bloch website so I am adding this info they show one size up but recommend that you go to a store to get sizing. I have been doing zumba since 2008; all instructors have said 1.5 size up and that has worked for me and others; apparently there is some variation.
