Answer:	it is long enough to hold an ice pack underneath, but not sure it would hold it to walk around. they are quite sturdy and have some stretch to them. would recommend, love the Velcro. do you want an ice pack directly on your skin, you could do one wrap, ice pack and another wrap

Answer:	The ice/heat packs can be easily removed. For the heating therapy I put them in the microwave.

Answer:	I must confess this is an excellent knee wrap as it covers 360 degrees of knee with frozen gel packs. velcro elastic fasteners hold gel tightly to knee. durable material make easy to place in freezer. I do not normally write testimonials but this product for its price exceeded my expectations
Question:	Will this work for icing both the back and right side of my left knee simultaneously
Answer:	Yes you can use this it basically will wrap ice around the entire knee. I have this one because it runs a little bit small and I use it right below the knee around the calf. I use a different one to go around my knee because my knee is a little bit larger due to multiple surgeries and what I'm trying to recover from. so this one runs a little bit on the smaller side it's probably more designed for a woman but a small to average size man could use it very effectively as well. I've used it on my knee in the pinch but I prefer the one that's a little bit larger.
