Hang or lay flat to air-dry. May dry in a dryer on low heat or delicate setting. Answer:	yes they come in a pair. I haven't had an issue with the ankle band being too tight. If you have an ankle or foot issue with swelling also order the ankle one with it that also comes in a pair. that will help prevent it.

Answer:	I would get a large/xl. I know the 15" are between the med and large but for those days that your calf might be a little swollen before you even put it on or through the day... I think for comfort purpose to allow that margin get the bigger size.

Answer:	I own this brace and the 875. I purchased both in 2014. I use the 875 every week in Houston while playing tennis and the 872 is used about 1/2 the time on the other knee. I tried on many brands and the Shock Doctors felt like they gave me the best support but everybody's knee is different. I don't see any excessive wear on the 875 even though I have been using it 3 hours a week for 6 years in the high humidity and heat of Houston. I can push off as hard as possible and it does not slow me down. I would not call it comfortable but it is very comforting to know I can't hurt my knee.
Question:	Is there some way to select whether the brace is for the left or right knee
Answer:	There is no right or left for this brace.
Question:	I measured 2" below the center of the knee cap and got 14.25" to 14.5" . Would you recommend the L or XL
Answer:	Mine measured at 15.25, which I could have gone with the XXL instead of the XL. My only issue was when it was new, it was very difficult to put on, because it fit me really tight/snug and it doesn't help that my calf muscle is pretty well formed. I have had it for a few weeks now and it has stretched a little, but it is still snug, easier to pull up now. So, to kind of answer your question....I usually am an XL, so I went with XL. You are like me, you are in that in between size where you could go either way, I would just go with the way you think would better suite you. I like that fact that it's snug, I feel like the XXL would have become a little loose. Hope that helps.

After centering the hole over your knee cap with the longer straps on the left, I then hook the smaller straps by pulling them behind my knee to the left. Then I do the same with the larger straps but putting them on the right. It is much easier for me to adjust if I attach the smaller straps first. I put one of the smaller straps above the knee cap and one below. You also might have to adjust them a bit to make them comfortable for you depending on your knee size. Make sure you keep your leg fairly straight when putting on the knee brace as it helps.

Answer:	I had a 42 lb Siberian Husky mix and purchased a right knee medium for him. If you look at the listing, on the left hand side are a group of pictures, a couple of which show you how and where to measure your dog to ensure you get the right size...you can't go by weight alone. For example, the girth of a 50 lb Basset Hound would be different than the girth of a 50 lb Border Collie, so please measure according to the instructions. Question:	What is the purpose for the hard donut foam ring on the kneecap? I find it painfully uncomfortable
Answer:	It is designed to restrict movement so, assuming you want to wear it while doing gymnastics, I'd say you'd have to consider how much bending you'll need to do. The velcro straps are adjustable and the sleeve is light and stretches well. So I think if you plan to work out while still sore with your knee problem, it is a reasonably safe bandage to use.
Question:	Does the brace stay put? Does it roll up or slide down? And is it bulky under pants

Answer:	There is no size measurements on this item. I can say that I’m 5’9 and I bought a medium and its good but it slides off your knee, it doesn't work.

Answer:	Mine has a tag that says china. So far no lead poisoning or indication that there was a hidden note about factory life there. It works really good for me and I don't care who made it if it works, someone here should start a factory up with copies of it. Cheap, breathes well enough, I can walk up and down stairs without being in pain at each step, so yah, China.

Answer:	I actually did not measure since I have purchased several different braces lately. I would recommend measuring just above and below the knee. Of course the upper opening is going be a bit larger since it will be going over the thigh. I will say I love this brace.
Question:	I’m not sure how to wrap my knee in this. Should have kept the box
Answer:	The top is the opening opposite the straps. When you leg is fully in the sleeve, the straps are on the bottom and in the back. To tighten the straps, (there are two straps) pull the one on the right side around to the front, just below the knee, across the front and around to the back again, and attach it to the velcro pad in the front. Do the same thing with the strap on the left side, just oppositebringing it from the left side around to the right, then around the back of your leg and attaching it to the velcro pad in the front, Both straps attach to the same velcro pad in the front, so each strap can use only 1/2 of the pad to attach. If you find it to be too tight after you walk for awhile, the straps can be attached to the brace not quite at the velcro pad. I did this the last time I wore the brace, and it was more comfortable. I hope this makes sense for you. It's a great knee brace.

Answer:	Yes, these would definitely damage a wooden floor. If you are going to wear these inside your house, I would only wear them on carpet. These can be "loud" on cement or paved streets, but not ear-piercing or unbearable.
Question:	Can I wear it for swimming
Answer:	I usually wear them over my road shoes thinking that more surface area from the flatter bottoms would hold the spikes out further. I wasn't sure if the nobby tread might not line up with the spikes and they would lose their gripping ability. Just tonight however I ran five miles on a frozen icy dirt road in my trail shoes and they performed perfectly. It was like running on dry dirt. I haven't worn them on any single track trails yet though.

Answer:	Rewriting - I initially thought you were going to be hiking in Yellowstone. I looked up the boots and they'll be just fine on them. My shoe size is 8 and I have a small and that's just right (albeit running shoes, lower profile than the boots). I have had the Nanospikes for two season (starting three now) and have ran with them in heavily wooded areas and on lots of ice (running on frozen lakes in MN is great). The Nanospikes work best on pure glazed ice and the deeper the snow, the less effective they are. I try to avoid pavement as it's abrasive and a large component of material is rubber. When I'm in the woods, I try to avoid sticks getting jabbed into them. Thus far, durability has exceeded my expectations. I usually buy these types of things from REI as I expect them to get shredded quickly (REI will allow returns if done within a reasonable time - due to durability failures) but these are an anomaly in that they've lasted for quite some time.
