Answer:	I have a high arch and the tendon on my arch tightened after having plantar fasciitis. I only used insoles when I had the tender heel but still can get the ache so ordered these. They are great! I have worn them overnight when needed. Highly recommend and would try for the price.
Question:	How do you put on the correct way?No instructions
Answer:	Not sure why no one mentioned, chart shows arch circumference measurement and corresponding shoe size. I am a female, wide foot, size 9 (sometimes 9-1/2 depending on shoe), and the sleeve I ordered is a Large. I’m not sure if these are supposed to feel as tight as they do just above my arch.
