THE EASE OF INSTALLATION

1. Adjust the bicep's strap to the velcro's maximum size and then slip your injured arm through.

2. Place the brace on the affected shoulder to cover the area where you need the most support. You can put it higher or lower on the arm as needed.

3. Reach for the chest strap, wrap it around the chest and feed it through the front buckle. Pull it tight until it's comfortable but supportive.

4. Readjust the bicep strap until the brace feels well in place.

5. Add targeted compression by pulling the velcro of the pressure pad.

If a quick hand wash is not your thing you can throw the shoulder brace in the machine for a delicate gentle wash. Make sure to use only cold wash and dry settings. Answer:	Hi Anibal, I think if you wear a xs shirt, that a small brace would fit you. I wear a medium shirt and I got a small brace and it was perfect. It is fairly stretchy and has several adjustable straps, but you want it fairly snug to get any benefit. I believe this brace is based on men's sizes, that's why I ordered a small. Good luck !

Answer:	The posted "chest size" measurements refer to the circumference of the body under the armpits. Men can use their suit jacket and women can use their bra to gauge size. E.g. 42 short is 42" chest with a shorter sleeve; 34 B is a 34" chest with a B cup.

Answer:	The quality of this item has been satisfactory for me, best brand? Unknown ,as I was satisfied with this product and did not need to purchase another.

Answer:	I didn't feel any support for the shoulder blade, it was mainly for the upper arm i guess but even then it was too uncomfortable to wear.

Question:	What is the recommended way to wash/clean the brace
Answer:	It is high quality. I have worn mine doing motorcycle repair, driving, and working on my house. It helps. It is adjustable. Whether it's the best or not, hard to say. All I know is it helps my shoulder, and my shoulder is not repairable. In my opinion, if there's a better brand, it's probably from a doctor or specialist.
