1. Adjust the bicep's strap to the velcro's maximum size and then slip your injured arm through.

2. Place the brace on the affected shoulder to cover the area where you need the most support. You can put it higher or lower on the arm as needed.

If you want, place 4 teaspoons in the lid and estimate the amount needed each time in the lid. Or use a small cup, dispense 4 teaspoons and estimate amount each time after. Answer:	I believe the expense is because the mouth wash I purchased is the alcohol free. Moreover, using this mouth wash before wearing a mask may reduce tooth decay. Alcohol free mouth wash is better during COVID-19 pandemic since we are wearing mask. PF

Answer:	I used my shoulder brace for light rehab exercises and it worked great. I had a shoulder dislocation and need to proceed very slowly. It became worse when I split a cord of large Poplar 18" pieces of wood when I took the brace off. I put it back on and the pain decreased.
