Answer:	You won’t be wrong either way because I had enough room with choosing the size I was before prego (and I gained 2 sizes by the end. And I used mine 7 months till the end). It worked well and kept me working till the end. If your worried you can do the larger size and still be fine.

Answer:	You couldn’t wear this under anything that is form fitting. It would have to be a loose shirt, or sweater. It is very stiff and has great support, but the top of it hits me hard in the ribs and leaves me bruised!

Answer:	I suppose you could. I wear it on top of my clothes. Don't want the brace touching bare skin; there would be necessary to clean at some point.
