Answer:	I bought this brace for my Mom who has had a terrible back injury & she wears it when she is going to be on her feet more & helps her so I feel it would give you more support while doing squats.
Question:	How effective might this brace be when used for long distance driving in eliminating or reducing side stitch and back pain
Answer:	Bought this to give to my mother... she wears it when she has something to do with long term standing... so can't answer the sitting part. But I can tell you that the ability to adjust the tightness ( or loosen it up) of the brace is a real plus. It also doesn't ride up. Logic would lend itself to say that this would be a good support for long term driving... good luck.
Question:	What is the width of this belt? And does it cause a lot of sweating/heat just from being on without any activity
Answer:	It is about 6 inches wide and NO. I do not notice any heat or sweating from being on. I do not wear next to my skin (although you could), I have it on over a t shirt usually.
Question:	If i have a 35 inch waist circumference, would you reccomend that i go with a small/medium or a large/x-large
Answer:	I am 32-33 inch and got a large. It barley secures, go for the largest the carry.

The Removable Lumbar Pad is 5inch/13cm wide, 5.5inch/14cm tall. Our back brace is made with low back pain in mind.

Answer:	To be honest I would have to try all the products out there on the market to tell you if this is the best brand. I will say that this is a quality product. It performs well and you can adjust how tight or loose you want to wear it. The extra wraparound bands can be worn when you’re working hard. Then you can loosen them up when you want to.
