Answer:	Bought this to give to my mother... she wears it when she has something to do with long term standing... so can't answer the sitting part. But I can tell you that the ability to adjust the tightness ( or loosen it up) of the brace is a real plus. It also doesn't ride up. Answer:	Yes, it can be worn for golf and walking. The instructions that came with mine said to wear it for 24 hours a day for first two weeks. Since then I wear mine mostly in daytime and it doesn’t interfere with any of my activities. The only drawback is you do need to remove it when going to the bathroom because of it being on top of either your underwear or clothing, however you choose to wear it. But removal and replacement take about 15 seconds so it is not a big deal. It does not take away all my back pain and sciatica but it helps lessen the pain for me.

Answer:	Yes, I have both disc compression at several levels (I’ve lost 4 inches in height) and scoliosis, and quit playing golf a year ago with all the pain. I recently decided that I had to find someway to get back on the course so I ordered 3 different back/lumbar braces here on Amazon & tried swinging with all 3 braces. This King of Kings brace was the best and most adjustable of the braces 3 I ordered and it offered the most support while allowing enough flexibility to get through my backswing and downswing rotations. I didn’t set any records and I hit some lousy shots after not swinging a club for a year, but I also hit some nice drives and approach shots so that I made a few pars & looked like I had some idea what I was doing - After the round, I had zero (0) back pain & felt good all week at work. Answer:	I believe it would be, I use it to support my lower back when riding long distance on bike

Answer:	Look at the photos. It's mostly a soft, pliable, velcro-type material with added support in the back area. It feels good and secure to wear. I'm not certain just what kind of work-out exercises you do. If you are lifting weights then consider getting a sturdy, rigid weight-lifter's belt. This brace comes around your waist and stomach so it probably would not be comfortable for sit-ups, crunches, etc. As for wearing "at work", if you sit at a desk all day, drive a forklift, work in a warehouse, it should be fine.

Answer:	To be honest I would have to try all the products out there on the market to tell you if this is the best brand. I will say that this is a quality product. It performs well and you can adjust how tight or loose you want to wear it. The extra wraparound bands can be worn when you’re working hard. Then you can loosen them up when you want to.
