Answer:	An XXL is "supposed" to fit up to a size 50". Their smaller sizes seem to run true to size. However, I noticed one gentleman stated he had a 40" waist and the XL, which should fit 41"-45.5", was too small. He didn't, however, state what his actual measurement was for sizing purposes. Rather than measuring the waist, for this product, you should measure midway between the waist and the hips; their sizing chart is based upon this measurement method. Hope this helps give a little clarity as to whether the XXL may work for you. If it won't, and you definitely want magnetic therapy, you may be interested in checking out ProMagnet.com (Norso brand). I've not yet, personally, tried their products, but they do have great reviews and have standard waist sizes up to 54" and will build ANY size needed. Best of luck! For anyone else who may read this response, Maxar is a great brand, and I would never attempt to dissuade anyone away from their products. However, IF their sizes won't accomodate your needs, I don't feel it inappropriate to mention another brand in order to save you a lot of wasted research time when you're already in pain and want/need immediate relief.

Answer:	I do not remember the Gauss. I purchased the bio magnetic therapy support belt more than 5 years ago. I suggest you call Maxar and get the information about gauss from them. In any case, I found a very workable solution for myself which was a vast improvement comfort wise and experientially over the therapeutic bio magnetic belt. I purchased 6 individual quarter sized magnets 1 inch in diameter each with 13,000 guass, and glued them with Crazy Glue to the inside of my dungaree ( blue Jeans) pants leather belt with the correct polarity facing inwards to get the maximum therapeutic effect. I spaced them apart to cover the area on my back that required the exposure.. At first I used a strip of gaffers duct tape to cover the edges of the magnets so they would slide easily through my pants belt loops. Now I no longer cover them. They slide easily enough. The advantage of this is I do not have to wash it, look for it, adjust it or wear outer clothing to cover it and with every moment of having my pants on, I get the maximum benefit from it. I am fortunate that I no longer need the back support as I did when I had the acute disc injury and back pain. That has cleared up with time and physical therapy. Residual sciatic discomfort however, has virtually disappeared with the use of my improvised magnetic belt. If you have small belt loops you can purchase very powerful smaller neodymium magnets from Amazon on line and fit them to your belt size. Years ago pants belts with interior magnets were available on line, But I can no longer find them. I hope this information is helpful to you.

Answer:	Yes, I have both disc compression at several levels (I’ve lost 4 inches in height) and scoliosis, and quit playing golf a year ago with all the pain. I recently decided that I had to find someway to get back on the course so I ordered 3 different back/lumbar braces here on Amazon & tried swinging with all 3 braces. This King of Kings brace was the best and most adjustable of the braces 3 I ordered and it offered the most support while allowing enough flexibility to get through my backswing and downswing rotations. Answer:	Look at the photos. It's mostly a soft, pliable, velcro-type material with added support in the back area. It feels good and secure to wear. I'm not certain just what kind of work-out exercises you do. If you are lifting weights then consider getting a sturdy, rigid weight-lifter's belt. This brace comes around your waist and stomach so it probably would not be comfortable for sit-ups, crunches, etc. As for wearing "at work", if you sit at a desk all day, drive a forklift, work in a warehouse, it should be fine.

Answer:	Hi LoveLoveLove!! Thanks for asking because many times the thigh measurement becomes the more critical one over the knee, especially in cases where there is such a significant difference. Our best recommendation is to order the XXL. The strap that goes around the thigh will be tight and it might be too tight for you, in which case, you can simply return it back to Amazon for a refund. The strap that goes around the actual knee might be a bit too long and you will simply need to attach it the other side of the opening - so the knee hole might be covered with neoprene which shouldn't be an issue. There is no problem if you order this and it just doesn't work as Amazon makes returns easy. Hope this helps!
Question:	Does this brace prevent lateral patella movement? (like the J braces
Answer:	Our TechWare Pro Knee Brace is not specifically a J brace but it has been designed to provide help in stabilizing the patella. What sets our product apart is the bi-directional strap system that provides even support around the patella. With most knee supports all the straps come from one direction causing an uneven pull either to the right or left which is not conducive to stabilizing the patella. With ours we have two straps supporting one direction and another strap comes from the opposite direction. This makes for more uniform compression and tension around the patella and can make a difference in preventing further injury while also helping to minimize knee pain. Also if you compare prices to J braces, we are considerably less. It might be worth trying.
Question:	How small will this adjust
Answer:	Thanks for asking. The determining factor for how small it can be adjusted is actually based on the middle strap - not the two outer straps. There has to be enough velcro to hold the middle strap in place and because of the shape of the middle strap, it can only be pulled so far thru the opening of the two outer straps before it bunches up. So with the most minimal acceptable amount of velcro holding the middle strap closed - and with no bunching - the circumference measured is 12 inches. Keep in mind, this would mean that some of the velcro (hook side) would actually be laying over the exposed knee hole. If no other person would be using the knee support, the extra velcro could be cut off so that it does not cover the knee hole. Also keep in mind that this measurement of 12 inches is not under tension. So if the knee in question is smaller than 12 inches, the knee brace will most likely slide down the leg. As always, if you make the purchase and the knee support doesn't meet your needs, you can simply return it. Hopefully I have explained this well.

Answer:	To be honest I would have to try all the products out there on the market to tell you if this is the best brand. I will say that this is a quality product. It performs well and you can adjust how tight or loose you want to wear it. The extra wraparound bands can be worn when you’re working hard. Then you can loosen them up when you want to.
