Answer:	It's a bit tricky, but I wear them over my glasses. My glasses are small-framed, and I have to place them just right. You can be a good distance away from your work, depending on what you're working on and which lens you use. You don't have to be right up on it. Hope this helps.

Answer:	When you are in between sizes, it is always better to order up. Our binder is hook receptive over the entire length of the elastic, so you can always tighten it when you loose weight.

Answer:	I don't know for sure. I wore mine after tummy tuck and could do yoga, pilates and a simple ab workout.

Answer:	"Hook receptive" is actually a somewhat confusing term. "Hook-and-loop" fasteners or "hook-and-pile fasteners" are often referred to by the genericized trademark name "Velcro". Because of objections by the Velcro Brand however, we can't use that term. When we say our binder is "hook receptive", we mean that our elastic has tiny little nylon loops over the entire height and length of the fabric. At one end of the binder is a soft plastic strip with tiny hooks that will adhere anywhere on the binder (the "Velcro" strip). When putting on the binder, you hold the end without the Velcro in your left hand. The end with the Velcro (recognizable by the label) goes in your right hand. The left side goes against your body. With your right hand you pull the Velcro over the elastic and push it down when you feel the desired compression. No matter where you put it, the Velcro will always adhere. Answer:	I bought the 4x cuz my waist is 52", i just had a baby and needed extra comfort over my now big belly. And even though i got the 4x i probably could have gotten a 3x or maybe even a 2x considering how big it was. If the company says a 2xl would work, then itll work. You just might have extra, you could get an xl, it does stretch a little, depending on how much you pull it.

Answer:	Hi there, with a waist measurement of 47 inches you would wear a size 2XL.

Answer:	If this helps, my waist is 36" but with my herniated abdomen I'm 46" at the navel. The 2XL fits me perfectly. Right now it may be stretched a little bit, I've worn it literally every day, 8-16 hours for a year but right now it measures 46 inches in length and when worn very tightly it over laps by 14 inches.

Answer:	It depends on how tall you are. I'm 5.11 feet and own both the 3 rib one and the 4 rib one. I find the 3 rib one works fine and is more comfortable.
Question:	Will this help with diastasis recti? im 2 years post partum. dr suggested something like this before deciding on surgery
Answer:	Yes I think it would help with that, however it is a little bulky where it Velcros together... I wore this one when I was at home lounging but I bought a waist trainer with bra like hooks to wear under my clothes when I had to work so it wasn't noticable.
Question:	Can this be worn for paddling in salt water
Answer:	The velcro is very secure. I don't see why it would be a problem to use in around salt water. The elastic may wear out faster, so to help extend the life, I would suggest rinsing in clear water after each use & hanging to dry (but not in the sun)
Question:	Can this be worn while sitting, working out, and doing yoga
Answer:	It has not limited any movement for me while I'm sitting, gardening, or doing things around the house like cooking, washing dishes, and so forth. I can't answer to the other two activities, as I am not able to participate in those.
