IMPORTANT: Please measure yourself and do not make the purchase decision based on clothes standard sizes as XS/S/M/L/XL/2XL/3XL.

The shoulder brace needs to be tight to be supportive; if your dimensions are at the upper limit of the smaller size or you are in between sizes PLEASE CHOOSE THE SMALLER SIZE. There is also some elasticity to the fabric.

Please note - WOMEN with larger chests have experienced discomfort caused by the strap going across the chest. Please get in touch with the Zenkeyz team if you need help with adjustments.

THE EASE OF INSTALLATION

1. Adjust the bicep's strap to the velcro's maximum size and then slip your injured arm through.

2. Place the brace on the affected shoulder to cover the area where you need the most support. You can put it higher or lower on the arm as needed.

3. Reach for the chest strap, wrap it around the chest and feed it through the front buckle. Pull it tight until it's comfortable but supportive.

4. Readjust the bicep strap until the brace feels well in place.

5. Add targeted compression by pulling the velcro of the pressure pad.

There are many ways to put the brace on depending on your mobility level.

POCKET for ICE/HEAT PACK

Our shoulder stability brace comes with a pocket for hot or cold packs (not included). The pocket can be adjusted for the desired compression using its straps. All you need to do is, place the hot or cold pack in the pocket, adjust the straps according to your comfort and you are all set to continue your work along with having hot or cold therapy. The pocket size is 6''x 6'' and you can use any size hot/cold pack you have around the house.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

If a quick hand wash is not your thing you can throw the shoulder brace in the machine for a delicate gentle wash. Make sure to use only cold wash and dry settings. Use a washing bag or at least secure all the straps, as loose hook and loop may distress your brace or the clothes being washed with it.

Question:	How do you order the XXL
Answer:	There are 2 Velcro™ straps on this sling. The main one is on the back when on left shoulder, but the bicep strap is on the front. I found it easy enough to connect the thin strap and put the whole thing over my head, then using the bicep strap to secure it by myself.

2 Hours Each Day, Poor Posture Goes Away

-- 1st-- Adaptation Period:

First three days, please wear it for 15~25 minutes to adapt it; then add 20 minutes every day. In adaptation period, mild back soreness is normal and please don't wear it too tight.

-- 2nd-- Adjustment Period:

Avoid over-tightening the brace, and we suggest keep wearing the posture corrector 2 hours each day. It's recommended to wear it while you are sitting, slowly walking or working on the computer instead of having meal or exercising.
