Question:	Would this help with forward head tilt problems
Answer:	There is little if any wobble when you're standing. I put two small foam pieces under the far left and right ends when it is down because the keyboard is just slightly above the desk level and it shakes a tiny bit. I would highly recommend this as a stand-up option. It's half the price of what I have in my office at work. I too take a TON of written notes and find I need to move the keyboard for space but I guess it will depend on how you have your monitors and keyboard set up. Hope that helps!

Question:	I'm having trouble putting brace on by myself any suggestions
Answer:	Thank you for your question. The easiest way to put the brace on is to keep the sleeve itself velcroed to your size and just pull it up. Adjust the Velcro on your arm to make it fit. Then you gently swing it over to your hand behind your back. Cross the strap to the buckle in front (at your chest) and pull it to a comfortable tightness. Seems complicated at first but becomes really simple once you have done it a couple of times.
