Answer:	I'm sorry to say I have never been able to get it on. I live by myself and I just gave up without someone to help me put it on.

1. Make sure the SIDE THAT STICKS TO THE VELCRO IS OUTSIDE, and the straps have been put through the slide buckles. Adjust it to the maximum size.
