Question:	Will this cushion fit a standard folding chair, the type with padded seat and open lower back? Or will it fall thru the opening
Answer:	I suppose the lumbar cushion will fall through the opening, there is a strap on the lumbar, it may help to fix it on the folding chair but it may not work very well as the lumbar will slip away or slip out then your back lean against on it. Answer:	Bought this to give to my mother... she wears it when she has something to do with long term standing... so can't answer the sitting part. But I can tell you that the ability to adjust the tightness ( or loosen it up) of the brace is a real plus. It also doesn't ride up. Logic would lend itself to say that this would be a good support for long term driving... good luck.
