Answer:	They must run small as I ordered one by their chart I got a med. Arm measured 11.5" and the medium is way too tight. Amazon DOES NOT allow a return and get a different size. And a restocking fee if returning because I ordered "the wrong size" even though I followed their chart. I order lots from Amazon, but will not get items like this anymore....

Answer:	My doctor tells me that wearing it in sleep is not necessary if you are not flexing your wrist or elbow joints constantly, and that the swelling in the forearm and hand caused by wearing it is bad for you when your arm is not moving for extended periods of time (it's not unhealthy as long as you are moving your wrist or elbow joints during the day) and that the compression at night eventually has the potential to cause nerve damage. In normal use, tightening it too much is indicated by tingling or numbness in your hand (a feature of nerve compression). The compression on your nerves all night without moving your joints, muscles, tendons, and receiving feedback to your senses is not good for your nerves.

Answer:	Studies show it reduces pain - also takes stress off the tendon which helps healing. Also suggest doing eccentric ex's too like the ones n Treat Your Own Tennis Elbow.

Answer:	They are two to a pack. Quality feels good and the Velcro is holding out pretty well under stress. I pull it back really tight. I sweat on it and have washed it a couple of times. It has a pad that seems to absorb a lot of water. I purchased another set so when this one wears out I can have back ups. I haven't swam with it, so I really can only say I like for lifting weights.
Question:	what is the difference between use of an elbow sleeve and an elbow strap for tennis elbow
Answer:	Can’t answer that question! I’m using the straps, for tennis elbow on my left arm and golfers elbow on my right arm. Happened using a chainsaw for 10 hours a day for two weeks for hurricane relief in Florida panhandle. I’ve heard of tennis elbow but gophers elbow is new one for me. Tennis elbow is on the outside of the elbow joint, golphers is in the inside of the elbow. The straps help me out with pain relief, especially at the gym.
