It has a pad that seems to absorb a lot of water. I purchased another set so when this one wears out I can have back ups. I haven't swam with it, so I really can only say I like for lifting weights.

Answer:	Can’t answer that question! I’m using the straps, for tennis elbow on my left arm and golfers elbow on my right arm. Happened using a chainsaw for 10 hours a day for two weeks for hurricane relief in Florida panhandle. I’ve heard of tennis elbow but gophers elbow is new one for me. Tennis elbow is on the outside of the elbow joint, golphers is in the inside of the elbow. The straps help me out with pain relief, especially at the gym. Answer:	I never saw one. I guessed in response to one of the reviews. My son works with his arms and although he is not a really big guy 5"8" and 175 pounds, I went with the large. I guessed correctly. If you are over 200 pounds, you may want to go with a size larger than "large" if there is one.

Answer:	They must run small as I ordered one by their chart I got a med. Arm measured 11.5" and the medium is way too tight. Amazon DOES NOT allow a return and get a different size. And a restocking fee if returning because I ordered "the wrong size" even though I followed their chart. I order lots from Amazon, but will not get items like this anymore....

Answer:	Hello! I have a 10 inch elbow circumference and I ordered a Small. It is a good fit. I could probably have done okay with an X- Small if I wanted it Very snug but was afraid that would be uncomfortable and I would end up not using it. The Small has been fine and it helped heal my tennis elbow. I wore it day and night till I got better. Now I only wear it when I have to do yard work, etc.
