Answer:	They are definitely provide good compression support. They help with sore tendons but don't really stabilize your wrist so you won't bend/curl them when using hand weights or bands. As for beng the best brand or quality, I researched and read reviews on Amazon and they scored hghly. I was looking for something not too expensive since I use with 3-8 lb dumbbells and not serious weight. Hope this is helpful!

Answer:	+1 here. This worked great for me after flaring up my ACL and medial meniscus tears. I had quite significant effusion in the knee only had about 20 degrees of flexion. I bought the product purely based on reviews not expecting much at all. Anyway two days of using this (after four weeks of little improvement) I had recovered another 20 degrees of ROM in the knee and by day 4 I had full ROM and substantially lower pain. I suspect I will need another arthroscopy to clear out the knee but I can't be happier with the product. Oh, and I'm an occupational therapist so have some idea about injury rehab. Hope it works for you.

Answer:	The ingredients are clearly listed, and should be in order of proportion in the product. Why can’t everyone see them? It is a bit overwhelming. I think the first six or eight are likely most effective; some of the others ((MSM, certainly DMSO in any form) may be part of what helps it penetrate the skin effectively. Then again, this is a “shotgun” mixture meant to help a number of problems. It did not state the weight capacity when we bought it. So much more comfortable on her hospital bedframe than what it came with originally!

Question:	Does this fit a larger wrist? How long is it
Answer:	No it will not fit a larger wrist, unless you wrap it so tight that it could be uncomfortable. My wrist measures about 7.5 inches. I need only thumb stabilization so I want a loose fit. I cannot attach the inner velcro (about half an inch wide and 8inches from the wrist edge) unless I make it too tight to wear. Also the second, outer piece of velcro is about 7 inches further along on a wide elastic meant to secure around the wrist. This does not fit around me either unless I stretch the elastic quite tight. I can attach the velcro to the body of the brace, however, it is not as secure as the vertical velcro strip. I doubt this arrangement would be adherent very long, however I only need the brace another few weeks, so am hoping for the best.
Question:	Do you wear it to bed or just during the day
Answer:	I wear it all the time, except when doing something where it would get wet. I think it really depends on how bad your problem is. Mine is bad so always works for me. If you are not sure, try wearing it only while you sleep. If that works for you, Great. If not, then extend the time into the day.

Answer:	I'm not sure of the material but it's very breathable and comfortable. I wear it at night with ease.

Answer:	It wasn't bad. Quality was good but I need to keep my thumb from moving and this just help stabilize it. At first, it appeared to help but after a couple of weeks it wasn't doing the job. Depending on what your need is, this may or may not work. To totally stabilize the thumb, I would not recommend it. Question:	if golfers elbow hasn't been a chronic issue can this brace correct it if you don't do anything to exasperate it
Answer:	I don't really know if I can attribute 100% of healing to this brace alone. Even Siemens enclose a brochure to advocate stretching exercise along with wearing the elbow. I just wear the elbow brace whenever I can, and especially when doing sports (table tennis). I also apply some Penetrex cream to the area. In winter, I wear the elbow brace over my long sleeves as I cannot get the velvco to stick if I put a lot of clothing over it. As weeks go by, I think my arm is very gradually showing some improvements e.g. not too painful to scoop cat litter, grasp items. Table tennis still hurts but I can hit and loop now better than when the problem started. So my conclusion is a number of things i.e. stretching, wearing elbow brace and apply Penetrex cream and keep using the arm but don't exasperate it.
