Answer:	The top unscrews to open. In order to expand, you must remove one side of the strap. The tube will then slide and you turn to lock it at that position. Works great!

Answer:	Yes it is too big for a pocket. Can be clipped to a belt but it is a large case. I fit 3 epi pens, inhaler and bottle of Benadryl.

Answer:	Just my opinion, but you really don't want this in black. The point is to be able to find this case ASAP if you need access to your medication or, for someone (ie. a stranger) that isnt familiar with how your medication is stored to "easily" find the bright yellow case.

Answer:	I did put them together but can't remember quite how. I think I formed the square and then used a yardstick to push the base into place. The interior pieces fit together by putting one side in and then the other I think.

Answer:	I suppose you could lay the box on its side. The dividers and the box are made of pretty sturdy cardboard. It would, of course, depend on the weight of the items in the slots. We are using them upright to store long thin things of wood.

Answer:	mine didn't instructions either. I assembled the main box, then did the insert separately. It took a little while for this 73 yr old grandma. Worth the time it took to figure it out. lol Works perfect for job blue prints. Fits nicely back in the corner by drafting table. I purchased it as a gift for my boss earlier this year. He likes it. Better than blue prints laying all over the office.
