Answer:	This basket does not come with clips or strap, however any velcro stick on stickers should hold this basket in place. It is critical you never leave your baby unattended on the changing table. So just keep in mind to have all the baby's changing essentials close at hand.

The width of the basinnette that belongs with this stand is 18" wide and 31" long. It already fits loose on the stand so a 16" would be too slim of a fit for this stand. Plus it must meet the +31" length for the stand to swing semi-balanced and not tilt your baby's head down while body lays higher. This happened with all the original pieces so I do not recommend another type of basinnette...instead I recommend another stand because this doesn't even swing at all, it will be beyond frustrating when any swing/movement of baby in the stand will wake up the baby; leaving you beyond sleep deprived! Not worth it!!!

Answer:	When I ordered it, I didn't have the option of picking 50 or 100. Instead, the price was 16.85 for 75 of them and they work great, just don't pack it in too hard.
