Answer:	Hi friend, it's just a naming convention that allows us to differentiate our two cooler, the color 4 is larger cooler, the color 5 is smaller cooler.

Answer:	The first is to Power up the Cooling Pad. The other just in case you need to connect a Mouse and your computer don't have an extra USB port then you can use the extra one on the cooling Pad.

Answer:	Cooler runs off USB port, so will work as long as this laptop has an available USB port. I am using it fine on a 17" laptop.

If the power cord is unplugged from the laptop while the laptop is off, the fans will turn off automatically because it wants to conserve battery power. Question:	If I buy two boxes will the second box be useable after I have used the first box of 40. I may dump more than once a week
Answer:	Yes, as long as you don't get the second box at all wet. If you do, the bags will start to break down. This is the intended design and is what makes them compostable.
Question:	These bags are .025 mil, while Biobags and other brands are .65 mil (26 times thicker). Are the Oggi bags more fragile than other brands
Answer:	Yes they are, at least in my experience. However, one year later the biobags are still not completely composted while the Eco-liners have disappeared very shortly after going into my compost pile. I carry my compost bucket with kitchen scraps out to the pile and dump the liner and everything into the compost heap. This leaves my bucket much cleaner. I could carry just the Biobag with the scraps in it to the compost pile and it would not break. It is easy enough to carry the bucket, Eco-liner and scraps to the composter and I don't have to worry about seeing the bags every time I turn the compost heap. I live where it is dry and cold (about 9000 ft central CO) and that makes a difference in composting time.
Question:	Do they really break sown to fast, or do they break down at all, and is there any chemical residue when they do break down
Answer:	I've found that they leak really easily within my compost pail in the house, and are very slow to break down in my compost pile. Granted, I've only been using them for 3 months, but when I got to stir my compost pile in the garden, they seem to be pretty much intact.
Question:	Are they actually biodegradable or just compostable
Answer:	I believe they are supposed to be biodegradable - and not just break down into little plastic bits. (My compost pile is still under the snow so I cannot confirm that they have actually done so). This was a major selling point, but as I said in my review, they are far too small to be used in a standard sized compost bin.

are these compatible with simple human size q

Answer:

It depends on what one puts into the plastic bag and how frequently it is emptied. Our practice is only vegetative matter, which will wilt or gradually dry out "un-smellably"; never meat scraps ( paper towels used to catch bacon drippings and cooking oil are OK). For two of us the bags are tossed into our composter every two or three days, when they are full.I think the charcoal filters are really a marketing gimmick. My wife has a supersensitive olfactory nerve and we still have the first "filter" we installed a year ago. My advice is put a filter in if it comes with the bin, then forget about it until you detect an actual reek in the next few years.

Question:	Will these bags work in a worm compost
Answer:	Yes. The current product photos (July, 2018) match the actual bags. They are marked with “COMPOSTABLE in industrial facilities. Cert #10528638”, “HOME. OK Compost Vincotte S329”, BPI mark, and an EN13432 mark.
Question:	Are these about the same size a grocery store bag
Answer:	Measurements are 20x24" They would not hold cat litter. They are thin. They work OK for regular kitchen trash. You cannot over stuff them. Anything remotely liquid can seep through the bags. They have to be changed often to keep leaks out of trash can.
Question:	How long before these bags start to decompose while in use in the kitchen
Answer:	We live in florida and have been using these bags for both large trash can fir recyclables and smaller kitchen size can for food and other waste products wr cant recycle. They hold up very well for both.
Question:	Why aren't these suitabl for backyard composting. I bought some then saw the fine print that they can't be used for that
Answer:	It fits over the lid of a 5 gallon bucket. I use mine along with a toilet seat that fits on the bucket. I keep my spare bags, etc in the bottom of the bucket to support the bag bottom. The bags aren't super long and I don't want them pulling off the rim while being filled.

Answer:	I believe it is 100. The ones I ordered came in separate boxes of 25, with four boxes in the order. Second order they were not in boxes.

Question:	How long does the bag decompose
Answer:	They are small, just barely fit the 1.5 gallon container NTC Sanitation gave us, to keep in the kitchen, for compliance to their "compost recycling" program. The worst thing is that they decomposed after 2 hours of contact with any liquid, and would fall apart, dumping everything all over the floor, when I tried to take it out to dispose of it. I ended up throwing all the bags away, and writing it off as a bad investment. A far better liner is simply to line the container with newspaper, and dump the whole thing in the compost bin (newspaper is compostable). Sorry this was not a more positive response, but Amazon asked me to reply, and I don't lie.

Answer:	Yes, if the jewelry is all silver. If it has stones, it might affect them. There are instructions in the packaging so you can decide if you can use it on an item with a stone.
Question:	Are these bags individually labeled with the bpi compostable certified logo? Our organic compostable waste must be in bags with the official logo
Answer:	There is a basket within the bottle to hold smaller objects, or you can pour out the fluid into another larger container to dip your silver in it. I have not used liquid poured out of the bottle again, but I have repeatedly used the basket within the bottle and its liquid. I don't know of a specific time limit, but if I see the liquid looking dirty, I usually throw it out and recycle the plastic bottle.
Question:	If I am using these for regular (non-compostable) trash, does this make a difference if they end up in a landfill
Answer:	NO! It did not work on my silverplated flatware. I bought this product because others said it worked on silverplated flatware. IT DOES NOT! I wasted my money on this product and am very disappointed.
