Question:	Does this come in any plastic packaging
Answer:	No mintiness at all. I've had the peppermint one before and that irritated my lips more than it helped them. This moisturizing formula seems to work well. It's more oily than a Chapstick where you get protection and healing from it's waxier content. This does tend to run off the lips easily and needs reapplied more often after sipping a beverage. I originally at first trying BB moisturizing thought it better than original or medicated Chapstick, but Ive changed my mind. The plus about this BB is that it adds shine to the lips and feels nourishing until it dries up or fades away from the lips. It's says it's 4 hour formula but I'd give it 30-40 minutes at best. Question:	i get only one pack or a case
Answer:	I recommend to change the filter every six months. However, it will depend on the air quality. If you run the air purifier a lot, even at low settings, the filter indicator light will come on earlier than that, but if the condition of the filter is still good and the air still flow properly, you can keep it more than 6 month.

Answer:	The roll holder I have looks the same as the one pictured. It is satisfactory, but could do with a stronger hold as the roll is used. Hopefully the manufacturer has now added a spring connection.

Answer:	No. The base has a slide-resistant coating so that you can use the holder with one hand -- initially. Over time, the base has gotten slick.

Answer:	The taller size of paper towel is 11" / 28cm, and the rod is 12.3" / 31.2cm in length vertical. So it will be useful for that.

Question:	Why is these paper towel twice the price of everywhere else
Answer:	Yes, it is durable. Ours is next to our sink, so we've accidentally knocked it off onto the floor or I to the sink a few times, and it has held up very well. It is still in one piece and has no scratches or dents.
Question:	How can these be advertised as huge or jumbo rolls when these are regular size rolls
Answer:	Mine measures 5.5" across bottom of base and 12.5" from bottom of base to top of post
Question:	The description says huge rolls. the picture states they are larger than jumbo. what size are does your package actually say? it makes a difference
Answer:	Circumference is a bit less than 3.5 inches. Diameter is 1 inch.
Question:	Why do you market these as huge rolls when they are jumbo rolls
Answer:	Mine came with a bolt and an Allen wrench. The bolt goes through the bottom plate into the shaft and is tightened with the provided wrench. It took twenty seconds to assemble.
