Answer:	I was an 8 in jeans pre-pregnancy and US size 7 in panties. Third trimester, I fit med/large bottoms. Ordered XXL in these (Asian sizing) and they're great. I suggest ordering two sizes up from US size. Been wearing them for months and they fit and wash much better than the name brand maternity store options.

Answer:	It depends on the person. Vitamin B6 has been proven to help with nausea. For me, very sour things like warheads have been the only thing that has worked for my awful morning sickness. It is really all dependent on if sour or sweet works best for you (jolly ranchers are sweet, not sour).
