Answer:	Yes. The pulp used to make our paper towels and napkins is purified by what is referred to in the industry as elemental chlorine free bleaching. This is the process used for virtually all of the bleached pulp used in tissue-towel products in the United States.
Question:	Why didn't this come with 2 day shipping since it was prime, but a week
Answer:	I saw this explanation printed on an Amazon Blog: "It’s 2-day SHIPPING, not 2nd day delivery. It will be shipped in two days. And that shipping range is only for business days. So if you order late in the afternoon on a Saturday on a long weekend the item will not be shipped until Tuesday… Then it takes a couple of days to be delivered. Or if you order late Saturday on a normal weekend and the item is on the other side of the country it will take five or six days." Personally, I look at where its shipping from to get an accurate ETA. Sometimes they can only get an items from an east coast distribution center, depending on availability of the item. So in this case, if you are on the west coast, its gonna take a few extra days and vice versa. Hope that clears it up.

I use them every time that I wash my hands and I love that after washing under my long nails they are the perfect size to also dry under my nails knowing that they will be germ free! Answer:	Yes, it is durable. Ours is next to our sink, so we've accidentally knocked it off onto the floor or I to the sink a few times, and it has held up very well. It is still in one piece and has no scratches or dents.

Answer:	Mine came with a bolt and an Allen wrench. The bolt goes through the bottom plate into the shaft and is tightened with the provided wrench. It took twenty seconds to assemble.

They are not soft, they are scratchy, and they aren't even as absorbent. I should have sent them back. Too much trouble, . So no, regular paper towels on the roll are much softer. Plus Amazon raised the price! .
