Answer:	Yes, it cuts easily. Gluing should not be a problem, except the material is thin, that the glue would show as a dark spot. May have to use a clear glue and use lightly. I have not attempted to glue these particular sheets, however I have used other cellophane material before for crafts, and that's the result I had gotten. Good luck..

Answer:	I’m not 100% sure what kite paper is, but it is not clingy like saran wrap. It is just very fine plastic And stiff enough that there is a crinkle sound to it....if that makes any sense.
