As far as the leather couch, depending on the climate in the storage unit and the type of leather, you may want to cover it in a simple sheet, something cotton, before the plastic wrap. No harm to couch. Will keep the dust and critters out while in storage. Still remember to put a moving blanket under couch in locker. The wrap is thin.

Question:	Are they gluten free
Answer:	I left the backing on and laid it flat and do not see anything through the top. I used 2 sided tape on the edges to stick the paper down and it has worked out well for me. I also bought clear plastic cutting board sheets from the dollar store to lay on top of some of the contact paper in case I was putting dishes away that might be wet and to have the ability to take them out and wipe them down.
