Answer:	yes either a z-plus or zippo butane insert will work, we sell both

Answer:	No. You need to buy lighter fluid, remove the insert, fill it with fluid, and replace the insert. I find that the first use after filling (full), it's useful to open the lid for a few seconds to allow a better fuel/air ratio before striking.

Answer:	Definitely not a sticker. Almost like the image is am enamel of some sort. I was very pleased, the lighter is beautiful and it look like the image will be on there indefinitely.
