Answer:	My poker is not flimsy and has lasted very well through much use. It's easy to clean with some alcohol and a napkin. It has a groove it fits into to stay out of the way when you don't need it.
Question:	Why do I need hemp wick
Answer:	hemp wick is an alternative way to light the contents of your bowl. Instead of lighting your bowl with the butane lighter, and inhaling the butane that comes out of the lighter, you light the wick and then touch that flame to your bowl. You are then inhaling the residual organic hemp rope soaked in bees wax instead of butane. Hemp wick is much healthier and definitely makes the herb taste better.

Question:	how do I grind all spice berries
Answer:	Their is a kief collecting chamber but just to be clear, the grinder comes with two seperate cutting dies. One is for a very fine grind and one is for a more coarse grind. The dies are screwed into place and are the bottom of the grind chamber. You grind into the chamber below which has a kief screen in place above the kief chamber.
Question:	Would this grinder be heavy enough for grinding sea salt and or Epsom salt
Answer:	Its a very fine mesh and allows the kief to fall to the compartment below it. You do need to brush it every once in a while to clean up the pores
Question:	What's the trick to getting it to grind? Mine won't turn with anything in it
Answer:	Lol, it’s a glass tip for your joints or blunts.
Question:	What is the size comparison between this and a standard grinder, say american grinder? have a standard but looking to replace it. She is in bad shape
Answer:	It is, holds pretty well, if you hold it by the lid only it will not hold, but for grinding “things” it works great. Cleans up easy, the ceramic makes a big difference, I have a friend that has an aluminum grinder and it’s all gunked up.

Answer:	they are filled upon receipt. When empty you fill them with a can of butane thru the bottom of the lighter
