Answer:	The threads on this washer and hose are "pipe threaded". While you may have a utility sink with this thread, you'll probably have to purchase an adapter to connect to a kitchen sink. The issue you'll run into is that most of these kitchen sink adapters are "hose threaded". I suggest finding a quick connect adapter for your kitchen sink faucet. You then have two main options depending on whether you want to replace the intake hose. Everything is 3/4" (you'll want to ask for "three quarter inch" couplers, adapters, and/or hoses). Option 1) Keep the original intake hose. One end of the original intake hose connects to the washer. The other end will connect to a coupler (that you need to buy) that's 3/4" male pipe thread to 3/4" female hose thread. That coupler will in turn connect to the quick connect faucet to hose thread adapter (that you also need to buy) that attaches to your sink. The water line is a standard size that will hook up to a regular washer water connection and the drain tube is designed to either drain into a sink or stand pipe just as a regular sized washer. You do need to connect it to the cold water line though (per instructions). If you hook it up to a sink with the provided adapter, you will use the tap to control temperature. If your using the wall connection for a standard washer you will be limited to cold washes only. I believe the next larger size up (1.6 sq ft) does have both hot and cold water inputs so you can hook up hot water as well with that unit.

Answer:	I assumed the quick wash setting would be since it is a short cycle. I have washed even delicate handwork on the quick wash cycle and it didn't harm it. I use quick wash most often because I also do a rinse and spin cycle afterwards usually. This little washer gets things very clean. I haven't tried the soak cycle on tough stains yet because I haven't done yard work lately where I get those. I have it running now cleaning a mattress pad that was in storage.

This model only has one water inlet that can connected to standard faucet using the inlet hose and quick adapter in the package.

The machine will automatically fill water and stop filling water, so the machine must be connected to faucet using the inlet hose and quick adpter. Manually adding water into the machine is not allowed, otherwise, the machine will not work properly.

Answer:	It could be. The Door-Doc holds to the washer door frame by a magna. My washer is a bit higher than usual because it stands on top of a drawer. Perhaps a toddler may not be able to remove it, but a bigger child could.

Answer:	Since it has magnet I stick it on the side of the machine. When I finished my wash I put it to prop open the machine door.

Answer:	Yes, that is correct. I need it for my Maytag as the door drifts wide open rather than stays open a few inches. If your door stays open a few inches, you don’t need it.

Answer:	"Septic safe" on the box means it won't corrode pipes and concrete (tank). That misses the essential element, will it disturb the ecology of the tank (kill the bacteria that are essential for septic operation). Caustic materials like drain cleaner are very bad for your septic, bleach not so bad probably because of the dilution in the washer. I am relating here the information conveyed to me by my county department of licenses and inspection septic system expert and a licensed septic inspector. So the anlswer depends on the materials used, which are not stated anywhere. 7 months is not sufficient time to evaluate. You don't want to learn after three years that you've poisoned the system and clogged the drainage field, requiring a $8,000 to $10,000 job to replace something that should have lasted 40 years. Here's what's in it according to the safety data sheet supplied by Whirlpool via Home Depot: Polyoxy(methyl-1,2-ethanediyl), a-hydro-w-hydroxy- 1% Sodium Carbonate Peroxyhydrate 50% - 70% Boric Acid 20% - 30% Sodium Carbonate 20% - 30% Tetrasodium EDTA 1% Most of these are found in everyday laundry detergent. Tetrasodium EDTA is a preservative. The long weird name stuff is the joker in the mix, perhaps more research is needed. I'm not sure I will risk using this in my washer, as I try to take good care of my septic system. Answer:	Since I have a Maytag HE washer and have used this product with excellent success. I would say yes. Question:	Does this product have a fragrance? Any harsh chemicals
Answer:	I am very sensitive to fragrances, but this product does not bother my eyes or skin. I have used monthly in an empty front loading HE washer for 7 months. The washer smells fresh & clean, but not objectionable at all. I highly recommend this product.
