Question:	How often is suggested that the product be used? Is it one tbsp for a wash load or is it not to be used for a laundry load
Answer:	I don't recall a specific time period for using the product. As it is just my husband and I, I use it about every three months. I might use it a bit more often in the summer months when it is hot and I do more laundry. There is a small cap inside the screw top lid. I asked at a local appliance store that recommended the product and they said that is an adequate amount.

Answer:	It is not stated on the container how much concentrated it is.

Answer:	No, the measurements are different. You could probably use less and make it last if you are doing smaller loads or your laundry isn’t worn by toddles and not heavy soiled.

Question:	Can I use my own handle (for example from a mop or broom, etc.)? I want a long handle that will allow me to be upright
Answer:	yes, i used the broom handle right away, didn't even bother with the sticks it came with. The broom handle felt sturdier and allowed me to stand upright.
Question:	How many up and down pumps do you have to do to get the laundry clean? I am washing my clothes in a 5 gallon bucket
Answer:	First, i must say that it all depends on how dirty the clothing is. I am a 72 year old woman with no clothing to wash but my own and I rarely get my clothing very dirty except for the occasional spill. I do my wash in a 5 gallon bucket, and I only wash a few (less than 10) pieces at a time so that they can move around in the wash water. Having said that, I have found that my clothes are clean and ready to be rinsed after about 15 to 20 pumps. I then empty the water, wring out the clothes, refill the bucket with rinse water and pump another 10 to 15 times. Then I empty that water, wring and rinse again, but without using the pump again. Then I wring the clothes out and hang them to dry. I really like it and it saves a lot of money!!!

Answer:	I'll give my experience. In my first month of use the shaft pulled apart. The blue T handle attaches to a piece of cast metal which is press-fit onto the first section of aluminum shaft. The aluminum shaft pulled free from the cast metal part on the upstroke. I do not use it too vigorously, and in fact I am disabled primarily due to my weak and damaged heart, so I purposefully do not overexert. In any case it simply pulled free. I used a bead of Shoe Goo inside the metal piece and pressed the shaft back into place where it has been ever since. Buy this, and a tube of Shoe Goo for when you pull it apart. Another bright side: It uses standard broom stick threading so you could always pick up a wooden handle if need be. I *STILL* recommend it over a plunger which I used for years before getting this.

Answer:	I like 3 sets of 20 pumps. Draining and refilling the bucket between sets. It should Take like ten min to feel like you actually washed your clothes.

Answer:	No! But you can use it as a trach can. That's what I did. You don't have to touch the lid because of the foot pedal.

Question:	Is the pressure sufficient for (1) cleaning vinyl siding and (2) cleaning mildew off a large wooden deck
Answer:	yes, worked great on reclaimed hardwood to remove grime and mildew. You need to go very slowly with a narrow angle nozzle 3-4inches from the surface. The cleaned strip is narrow so it takes a while to do a large area. That being said, you'll get the job done and I am not sure any pressure washer will make a job like that really quick, just much easier than hand scrubbing.
Question:	Is the high pressure enough to do a concrete house siding
Answer:	I used my power washer to strip paint off a deck and it had plenty of pressure to do that.

Answer:	Yes you can. There are very affordable replacement nozzles available on the same page as you ordered the pressure washer. I ordered one with 5 or six nozzles on 1.

Answer:	As far as I know, this will be the standard 24-month manufacturer's guarantee, but it may be longer. However, I could not find all the accompanying documents, and there was no special mention in the instruction manual. Question:	Is this product vegan/cruelty free
Answer:	No. I am not sure why someone answered yes, but there is nothing on the box or website that says these bags are biodegradable. That is very misleading to others that read reviews.
Question:	Does this work well in hard water
Answer:	These bags are in one long roll that are designed to fit into the Adult size Diaper Genie. They did not fit my diaper Adult incontinence can, so i was very disappointed in them. I have started cutting the roll into bags a little less long than a 13 gallon trash bag. I haven't been able to find the type of bags that came with the product when I bought it.

Answer:	I just use sented glade kitchen trash bags
Question:	is this product used in conjunction with laundry detergent, like Tide or is this laundry soap and is all I need in washing my clothe
Answer:	Our "AKORD 2-PACK LINER REFILLS for AKORD 330 Model" part number "330AR2B" are the correct liners for this unit. They are listed in Amazon. I see where you are right that they don't say the size -I will correct that- they are the 11 gallon. Roy
