Question:	Can this vent be placed behind the dryer? We have front load stackable, just curios if this should be on the side or can go directly behind
Answer:	It has to be placed so air can flow through it. So I would say it is a function of how much room you have got behind. We actually have ours attached to the outside vent that is under our patio roof but we have a house. I don't know if that's possible in your case.

Answer:	I read the comments below... As I am getting ready to order new filters. I have had this system for approximately 3 months and even ordered a replacement package of filters when I purchased it. I appreciate the suggestions as I have found the filters need to be replaced more often than noted. I have found this system to work well my only complaint is with the filters. I do laundry for my husband and I ..so not what I consider to be a lot. If possible, I believe the screen used with the filter should be smaller allowing more of the lint to be trapped by it instead of the filter.

In order of choice, best is to call the manufacturer/ look in your user's manual/ call some parts store/look on the internet there are web sites that may give you a part number. You can also write to the seller... I have changed parts on several of my appliances, at times after market parts look slightly different but the holes for putting the parts back on match and that is what matters. Almost all replaced parts (even though the dimensions appearance wise looked slightly different) fitted in and worked. In my case it appeared a little different as for the location of thermostat etc. but those are cosmetic details and do not effect the performance. Hopefully this helps.
