Answer:	As I stated in my review, they don't last as long as they used to. The fragrance is strong when you first open them, after that you have to be very close. As for covering odors it depends on where you put them. If placed close to a stinky place, a cat box for example, the gel dries up quickly. I never got more than a few weeks before the gel was completely dried up.

Answer:	Raspberry smells the best of all the renuzits, to my nose, a close 2nd to apple and cinnamon. Sadly the smell only lasts for 2 to 3 days, and is really only at its peak for about the first 24 hours. You also need to put one in every room if you want to cover more than one room. But at 80 cents, you can afford to replace them every 2 days or so. I wish they'd invent something that would last forever, but that seems to be a pipedream, sort of like finding a roll of toilet paper after corona (soon to renamed CHARMINFLUENZA).

Answer:	When I used it, it did not turn anything gray. I have since stopped using it, because I found the Seventh Generation powdered laundry detergent doesn't need anything else to do a good job.

Answer:	This is the same as any other chlorine bleach...If you have dyed something, I doubt it will whiten it to the degree it was before you did and it it might be uneven. If you are just trying to brighten the colors, you might try the oxygen type bleach which will not remove the color. However a friend of mine told me she used hers full strength on fabric and it made holes in it. I did not have the experience but I dissolve it in water...If you value your object of clothing I would not try it with chlorine bleach. You might try a professional cleaners?

Answer:	Yes you can. But, I don't think it will kill germs like regular bleach. I also don't think it will harm surfaces like bleach though.

Answer:	Color-safe/Chlorine free bleach is hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) mixed with a small amount of detergent (surfactant). It's labelled as "bleach" because hydrogen peroxide, like sodium hypochlorite NaOCl (chlorine bleach), can whiten (bleach) some items. It's not as aggressive as NaOCl in that, if you spill H2O2 on colored fabric, it's not going to turn the fabric white (except when you're using very concentrated H2O2, e.g., 30% and above). That said, it's more cost effective to just buy 32-oz bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide ($1 at Dollar Tree, $0.92 at Target). Hydrogen peroxide is very effective on biological stains - blood, saliva.

Answer:	I do not add lemon juice to my laundry for bright whites. This product has done an amazing job on my white towels. The towels were so drab I almost replaced them. Now with this whitener they are are a lovely white again. It does smell nice when you add it to the washer.

Answer:	4 months ago I bought the 200 pack at $.06 each. Didn’t sound like a bargain but I’m determined to store my food in breathable earth friendly packaging. To date I’ve used less that a quarter. It turned out to be a huge bargain as they are often reusable. I eat plant based and use a buy a lot of produce. When I cut a large onion the unused goes in a waxed paper bag then in a small paper bag in my Fridg vegetable drawer. When that onion is gone, the bags are clean. Ginger that is cut is rotated for months in my pantry. Also stores homemade things flax seed crackers well - outweighs pop a rubber band around to close.

Answer:

Corrosion of pool and spa metal components is very common with or without a saltwater system. And that is because it all has to do with the saturation balance of the water. Please note that consistent chlorine levels above 5.0 PPM (parts per million) or consistent salt concentration levels above 5,000 PPM may lead to corrosion of metal components in the spa. ControlOMatic recommends keeping the calcium hardness at least at 200 PPM and to make sure to adjust the saltwater system properly so it doesn't make way too much chlorine.

Take it to the next level

Our bleach alternative can also be used to make a carpet and stain remover. Mix 1 pod and 16 ounce water. Mix and apply to carpet spot stained from wine, juice, pet messes and other organic stains. Remove excess liquid before treating. Let stand for 5 to 30 minutes. Gently blot with a sponge, rise and allow the formula to dry. Always test on a small hidden area!

Answer:	No it will not discolor your whites. It works really well.
Question:	do you have to use hot water
Answer:	I use hot water for whites. The directions say use the warmest water recommended for the type of fabric you are washing. Do not use on wool or silk.
Question:	I see one reviewer mention a strong odor.. anybody that's tried the liquid think it is any different than that
Answer:	I've never used the liquid, but I do use the powder, as well as the pods. The powder and pods smell AMAZING. I've never experienced a bad odor from either of them. I use the powder but prefer the pods.

Question:	Does it have enzymes? Can I use it soaking in my tub overnight for getting rid of soap scum
Answer:	I do not know. I use it only in a regular washing machine.
Question:	Can it revive white bedding sheets? I've tried to bleach my sheets but there is always a yellowish mark on them
Answer:	The smell is is not a mild one; it's overpowering!! After using this product, I hung some closes in my bedroom...and the room stinks. Going to have to wash my clothes again...then the "boost" washes out.
Question:	Ladies and Gentlemen... is this actually safe on colors? Does it fade the color to get a brighter appearance? What are your thoughts
Answer:	I usually put the tablet on top of the whites I am washing.
Question:	what's the difference between oxyclean white and the regular oxyclean
Answer:	No. I was misled. These are chlorine tablets, not bleach. Says right on the bottle, not for disinfecting.

Question:	How would I use the pen to remove black on my shirt sleeves
Answer:	It might also make a difference what has caused the black mark. I love Clorox for all sorts of things, but have not tried it on black marker pen, and of course, you have to consider whether or not the garment has a color dye in it that may cause the Clorox to leave a white spot. If the Clorox pen is not for "your" black mark, you might try using rubbing alcohol--the kind sold in the drugstore for disinfecting, then make a pad of paper toweling and put it under the black mark and treat the mark with rubbing alcohol. You may have to keep hitting the mark with an alcohol-wet cloth and changing the paper towel until no black is left, but it works. Alcohol will also work on ball pen. And now I'm off to order some Clorox pens to bleach my kitchen counter grout!
Question:	Will this bleach my tiles if I use it on grout
Answer:	Probably, but it is expensive because there is not much product in the pen. I use X-14 or you could dilute some bleach in a spray bottle. When I use either, it has never affected the tile BUT always rinse after using.
Question:	Can I use this on the inside rim of a white hat? Is it safe to wear or do I still need to wash it
Answer:	I would try to lightly wash after using. It works fairly well on my hubby's white shirt collars but I of course wash the shirts after. It's pretty strong-smelling like bleach.
