Answer:	The Scott Glass blue paper towels are better for glass because they have a minimum of substances that cause smearing or leave a film on the glass. I don't use them for anything other than glass because they are not as strong as the regular blue shop towels. that said, 100% cotton towels are still better for cleaning glass.

Answer:	no this product does not contain silicone if you have a question concerning this product I would contact Weiman company at (800) 837-8140 they will be able too tell you I looked on both bottles I did not see silicone anywhere on them.

Answer:	The Weiman Hardwood Floor Cleaner does not have an odor/fragrance. The Weiman High Traffic Hardwood Polish & Restorer does have a slight acrylic odor/fragrance to it.
Question:	Do I use the cleaner and let it dry, then use the polisher right after? Do you polish after every cleaning
Answer:	Yes, let the cleaner dry (about 45 mins) then use polish. Make sure you allow at least 1 hour between 1st & 2nd coat. Allow longer if a 3rd (I think 24 hrs is recommended) coat is applied. So far, I have not needed to polish again, I simply sweep and they stay nicely.
Question:	What's the best way to apply the polish? I have a hard time applying it evenly with my microfiber mop
Answer:	We would recommend applying the polish in a zigzag motion and then use the flat microfiber mop to spread the polish evenly.

Answer:	I don't see why not. However, I've used it on cushioned vinyl only and am well pleased with the results. You can apply multiple layers over an extended period of time and the shine just keeps getting better. Experiment with a small area and let it set for a few days. That should give you the answer. Answer:	I have engineered hardwood floors in my new house and they have never looked clean. The floors are Bellawood, Brazilian Pecan and I love the look of them, but the fact that they NEVER look clean no matter my efforts is more than maddening! I bought this stuff on a whim at Walmart and used it. The floor looks amazing! It is just day one, but I am telling you that nothing has made them ever look clean before, even the manufactures cleaner. Be sure to do this when no one is home because there is a one hour dry time when no one is supposed to walk on it. I am considering putting a second coat on because it says that will be even stronger. I am hoping it lasts years like the bottle says because it is a bit pricy. Thanks for a product that actually cleans my floor and makes it look clean.

Answer:	I clean carpet, tile and grout, and hardwood floors for a living. You can absolutely use a steam mop on your hardwoods. I use the Shark on my hardwoods on either the dust or mop setting, and I've even used the scrub setting when I came home to find my cat vomited and it had dried on the hardwoods. You just don't want to leave the steam mop in one place on the floor, so keep it moving and you'll have no problem at all. If you really want to get a deep clean use any neutral cleaner designed for hardwoods. I prefer Basic Coatings Squeaky Clean in my business. You just mist it on and steam mop it up working in small sections. Then once it's all clean and dry you should be ready to apply a product like Pro Shot.

Answer:	I applied with old clean t-shirt--had an old sponge mop so I fastened the t-shirt to that, you could apply with an old t-shirt (by hand), I believe the instructions call for an applicator- maybe wool. I have also applied with old towel.

For best results, apply the shine refresher with a clean microfiber pad attached to any mop and when done, immediately wash the pad, separately, in warm water and allow it to air dry.
