Question:	What's the weight of the machine
Answer:	Lupe, I did a search for you model number, and I checked a couple parts suppliers out. I don’t recall the exact looks of the valve, but another supplier with a different part number claims that their part number replaces the 00422244 part number. Take the top panels off of your machine and find the leaking valve and then search for the part by using your model number. I remember that the water valve colors looked a little different and that it slipped into another small piece and flips at a weird angle sometimes, but you can trust the companies pretty well.
Question:	Can i use this as a buffer and a scrubber
Answer:	John, I have a Nexxt 100 series and the valve I bought (I think Amazon prompted me to give you a response, so I must have ourchased this one) worked well. The plastic colors differed a bit and there was some easily-solved I saw with the installation (it’s position or orientation, or using an existing housing), but I worked great. I suppose the answer regarding Nexxt 800 series compatibility is not clear in my answer. I’m can’t know. I also wanted to say that I also was confused by the widely varying prices and looks/colors the the valves. Ultimately I just bought what seemed mid-tier in price and closest in looks.

Answer:	No. You spray the cleaner on the floor and use the machine to scrub or polish. If you use the buffer pads over the brushes, they will absorb some of the moisture. I find this is the best machine I've owned for getting the floors really clean. I vacuum first then I spray some wood cleaning liquid or tile cleaner and sometimes, I dab it dry with a rag. The cleaning really lasts and I like that.

Notes:

Turn the adjustment screw with a hand-held screwdriver as shown in the picture , which is to make sure the belt runs in the same correct position. Otherwise the bend will be broken during work.

Question:	Is this good for cleaning the grout on tile floors
Answer:	Yes, I used the Oreck Commercial 237047 Crimped Polypropylene Scrub Orbiter Brush, 12" Diameter, 0.028" Bristle Diameter, Orange and found my grout to look brighter (it is a medium grey) and I did use Mr Clean as the cleaning agent .
Question:	The ad says "cleaning pads not included" but it doesn't say what is included with the product or show what attachments are available. Where are they
Answer:	Only came with the driving pad which you place the other pads you have to order onto it for the final use. I have not used mine yet to refinish my kitchen hardwood floor. I ordered a red pad, white pad, wool pad and carpet pad. That ran up the bill another $50 with the shipping!

Answer:	Never used as a sander. Use it all the time on tile (brush), laminate floors and hardwood floors (cleaning, polishing & buffing). Also works great on carpet (dry cleaning). Yes I would buy one again.
