| Answer: | I used Bona hardwood cleaner, Bona applicator/mop w/ spray including their microfiber pads, and LOW-gloss polish on 3 floors of a townhouse with teak parguet finished with oil and wax. Bona instructions say not for natural finish however I was desperate... floor was dirty and stained with scratches from moving furniture. The mop/applicator with spray is great and makes cleaning and waxing easy. Hardest part was masking the top of base to keep the walls clean. While the parquet was new in 1975, the house is old and floors are not perfectly flat - so a high-gloss wax finish would show every imperfection. I found the low gloss sheen perfect and exactly what I wanted. How did the floors turn out?? Twice as good as I had hoped. The Bona cleaner and wax system resurrected the finish amazingly well and I am totally satisfied... and I am an architect. Since then I had hoped to have a similar result on an old oak floor with practically no finish left, a lot of bare wood - it may have had a natural finish that had no maintenance - unfortunately Bona did nothing - I had to rent a floor sander and applied a light stain and polyurethane with the Bona mop/applicator with an excellent result. I have nothing but praise for Bona, and I have to confess that I did not watch the DVD that came with the product... maybe next job... |

They look great better than ever before. Use the bona mops, wash after use.. NEVER windex and NEVER scrub pad- sorry, but no wonder they look terrible. |

| Answer: | The CA ARB now lists (as of September 2017) the 121 and 411 as compliant, but only the 211 (not the 211+). Perhaps if Amazon separated the listings it could ship the others. One confusing thing is on the CARB site they show up under manufacturer Blue, not BlueAir, where the other BlueAir products show up. The 211+ did test as ozone compliant by the independent lab/organization whose results the EPA sends you to (ahamdir.com), but again, it's listed under Blue, not BlueAir. A recent reviewer says BlueAir will ship to California directly meanwhile with free expedited shipping, which is welcome news with such unhealthy air from the wildfires. I was able to get one shipped to CA from a different independent vendor but it took 6 days to arrive. |

| Answer: | Yes, I've had this to occur. If I'm dry dusting (no Bona or other spray used) typically no "rolled up strands". Typically, I get the rolled up when I use a spray. I believe this is because the spray (wetness) mixed with the dust. I typically use a swifter with the disposal cloths to pick up most of the dust and cat hair. Then spray with Bona and use the Microfiber. Results is minimal if any rollup of debris on the microfiber cloth. Hope this helps. I do love both my swifter and microfiber cleaners. |

Below please find our recommendations on how to clean your floors. • Vacuum, sweep or dust mop the floor to remove loose dirt and debris. • Grab your Bona Cleaner, mop and blue Microfiber Cleaning Pad. • Start with the Microfiber Cleaning Pad slightly damp. • Turn the spray nozzle to mist or stream setting and spray cleaner directly on floor. • Wipe up the cleaner with mop and Microfiber Cleaning Pad. • If you are cleaning a larger area or several small rooms, you will want to take the cleaning pad off of the mop and rinse it out in your sink with warm water to release the captured dirt. | Answer: | My response may not be exactly what you're looking for, but I'll try my best. I used it whenever I needed to clean the floor. Rather than use water, I would use the cleaner. Now when it came to using the wax, that was a different story. I only used it when the floor began to get a little dull from the last mopping. It made the most wonderful shine you can imagine. I always say it lookd like glass or ice. As to a buildup, I never got one, but that probably depends upon how much you use it. I didn't wax every time I mopped. As the floor was laminate, it was not to have water used on it so I decided (on my own) not to overuse the wax. To be VERY honest, I usually only used the wax when there was a special occasion or I knew company was coming. It gave such a wonderful shine to the floor I would like to have used it every week, but felt that might be such a good idea. I didn't want to have to strip and begin from the beginning. I never had to strip nor do anything out of the ordinary to it in the three years we lived where we had that flooring. Hope this helps. |

| Answer: | I was having this issue too. I thought I had a defective piece and was about to send it back, but thought I'd call the company first. I got through to a rep almost immediately and she made me do the same thing I was doing before but somehow it worked. To summarize:1. Push the green cartridge away from the top, towards the cup.2. Hold the bottom part on the floor, line the top with the bottom and push the top part in really, really hard. If you are able to pull them apart with your hands, then it's not hard enough. I really had to use my full body weight to push it in.3. Slide the green cartridge into the joint and you are good to go.The rep told me that normally you don't need to use that much force, but with some of the pieces, the assembly is not perfect and needs a lot of force.Hope that helps. |

| Answer: | Mine came with one bottle, and it is easily refillable from a bigger bottle of cleaning solution. It has never leaked, and I have refilled it multiple times (I have a lot of hardwood). I love my Bona mop! If you have stainless steel appliances, it also works great on them. I spray them and run the mop over them. It's something about the way the solution and the microfiber head work together. I've tried wiping with a cloth, but the mop works much better. Seriously, when I'm mopping my hardwood kitchen floor, I spray the frig, stove, and dishwasher and rub the mop over them. Quick and lazy! |
