Answer:	I dont know about hair clogs specifically but i have seen some really amazingly great results from some pretty tough clogs, mustly in campers. In one case the camper was clogged up for the full summer. They had tried several rhings that didnt work including using the honey wagon pump from the outside drain. One quart and 24 hours layer it was flowing great.
Question:	How do you use it to unclog a toilet? do you flush once and then hope it reaches the clogged place? or

Answer:	It should be fine because it is made out of plastic and bends. I only have 1 in the shower so far. I don't get hair in my sink so I haven't used it there yet.

Answer:	Yup, just used it to pull a 1.5" diameter wad of hair out of our second-floor shower. The wand is just the right stiffness--flexy enough to bend through a trap, but not so floppy that you can't push it through. I thought the crank looked kinda gimmicky but I tried it once just pushing it down the drain and cranking a little bit, and then a second time whaling away on the crank, and trust me... CRANK IT. No longer showering in a inch of standing water--yay!

Question:	dose this product have a shelf life
Answer:	Hi Burnard,This product doesn't have an exact shelf life...What I mean by that is that the product is set to have full effectiveness for 2 years. However, it doesn't simply become ineffective after that time period. You would probably lose 10% of the microbes per year after that. So, the product would continue to work. It will last even longer if it's placed into a climate-controlled environment (somewhere inside as opposed to storing in the garage that could have more extreme temperatures). I hope this helps!
Question:	Does this work with drains that use city sewage lines versus septic systems
Answer:	Absolutely! The drains in a home on a sewer system or a septic system are the same... They get plugged up over time, due to the build-up of fats, oils, greases, hair, tissue, etc. Over time, these wastes keep adding layers upon themselves, on the walls of the pipes. So, the amount of water flowing thorough the pipe becomes less and less. So, the smallest particle that gets dropped down the sink (food part for example) can plug up the pipe. Also, it is what leads to "slow drains". So, using this product continually will safely degrade all of the organic wastes in the pipes (fats, oils, greases, tissue, food wastes and hair). If you have a slow drain from buildup of hair, it will take longer as hair is hard to degrade. However, hair can also plug a majority of the pipe but still allow water through. So, you would want to keep using a product like ours over time to simply keep your drains running well. The City actually benefits from a product like ours being poured down. They actually use natural bacteria themselves to clean at the municipal wastewater plant that everything flows into...If you're on a sewer system and you have a plugged drain, I would suggest a plumber to remove the obstruction or using Liquid Plumber. Once it starts flowing, then you can use our product continually to keep removing the constricting layers on the pipes. On a septic system, you don't have a choice to use Liquid Plumber. It "burns" away the obstruction, but it also kills the good bacteria in the septic tank. On a sewer system however, you can use it first. I would only suggest this if your pipe is completely plugged and not flowing at all.The only thing our product will not work on is inorganic wastes (dirt, clay, plastics, etc.). The important thing is to keep treating your drains to keep them running smooth and get the full pipe flow restored!
Question:	Is this product good for removing hair clogs
Answer:	Hi there,It works on hair, but at a slower rate than other organic wastes (Human waste, food waste, oils & greases, etc.). So, it won't "open" a plugged drain with hair. But, continual use of the product should continue to degrade it over time and keep other wastes from getting caught on the hair clogs (which makes a normal hair clog worse). The only safe way to unplug a drain is to have a clog physically removed by a plumber or over time to reduce it with our product. Using Drano may unplug it, but it will ruin the septic system by killing the beneficial bacteria in the system.Hope this helps you a little :). Answer:	Jeffrey, Thank you for the question!They have a good formula. However, we have made this product 4 times more concentrated than other brands on the market. I think you will find it more effective and far less costly than Bio-Clean and other brands.We are also the only formula I am aware of, that contains naturally derived surfactants along with the natural bacteria blend.Thank you for your inquiry.
