Answer:	Unfortunately it doesn’t repel them to pee again in the same area. There are some products as “ No, no” to use but it did not work for me

Answer:	Absolutely! This is the best product discovery I've had in years, and recommend it to everyone. My older dog has decided she doesn't like going out to potty. Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

CONCRETE & TILE

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. Because concrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out very quickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece of plastic or a damp towel over the treated area can help keep the product wet and active.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	The instructions say to spray affected area with product (use a spray bottle) and let soak 10 min. Then was as normal with your regular detergent. What I would do: I would just fill the machine with luke warm water and add a 1/2 cup and let it soak for 10-30 min. Then, put in laundry detergent and finish.

Answer:	Plastic, but very good quality. You can put them in the freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. They do hold up nicely. Highly recommend if you are looking for a small 2-cup container with very secure lids.

Answer:	Yes!!! WD-40!.. Spray WD-40 on the sticky residue and it will dissolve it completely. Clean up with soapy water! WD-40 is great for removing sticky residues. I even dissolved road tar with it on my trucks body, but had to spray it for several days, left it on then washed it off after it penetrated the tar completely. Read on the can of WD-40 for all the things it's good for. It's an amazing product to carry at home.

Answer:	Heat will destroy the active enzymes in this product. If the pee was completely held in the drum (and did not seep/drip into other parts of the dryer) AND you didn't accidentally run the dryer with liquid pee inside, you should use this product (or the same product made especially for hard wood floors). Clean all the pee with a damp cloth or paper towel. Avoid using any other chemical cleaners as they will destroy the enzymes in this product. If you did use other chemicals, remove any possible residue. I would recommend the "hard wood floor version" of this product for hard surfaces like your dryer drum. After you have used this product, you might want to follow-up with rubbing an Oxy-Clean solution on the pee-spot using a cloth (oyy-clean seems to work pretty well on residual odors). If pee escaped into the inner parts of the dryer, you have a problem that would require dis-assembly of the dryer in order to treat the inner parts. Do not attempt this yourself--call an appliance repair service to do it. Or, get a new dryer.

Answer:	Quick answer - Overwhelming, awful, headache producing, strong. The original one is virtually odorless, and works great! Why did they have to change it?!?! They now have this "Updated Formula", so I got it, being it was new, and *half* the price of the original ($5.99 vs $11.99)! The smell is unbearable. I did *two sprays" on a hard floor, and it was so overwhelming I had to go over & over it with plain water & a mop to try & get rid of the smell, yet somehow it still lingered. Then I had to wash the mop head to get the smell out of that. Why make an updated formula, when the original was just fine! So I just ordered the original one, and paid the extra price. I guess it's worth it to not have that awful smell! Answer:	I used it on a carpet that had set-in, dried cat urine odor. I had tried everything out there, but NOTHING worked. BacOut was my last ditch effort before ripping up the carpet and pad (maybe even sub-floor) and recarpeting the whole room. The husband was very ticked off. I completely saturated the entire area and was impressed with the pleasant smell. It took about a week to completely dry. At that point, I could still detect a faint lingering odor, so I repeated the treatment and completely re-saturated the entire area. Two weeks later, the carpet was dry and the odor was GONE. 1. Blot up any excess material until your blotting cloth does not transfer any more liquid.

2. Use the stream setting on the spray nozzle, and thoroughly soak the stain to twice the size of the stained area because the stain may have spread on the backing of your carpet.

3. If necessary, allow the formula one to two hours to work. Repeat as needed until the stain is gone.

4. Blot the area with a wet rag to rinse the treated area.

5. For vomit and feces stains, use paper towels to remove as much of the debris without rubbing the stain in. Work from the outside in to minimize spreading the stain.
