Answer:	If you use this in an upright cleaner, you will waste a lot of money. This solution is diluted for smaller handheld/spot cleaners. If you use it in am upright, you'll be going through a lot of this solution. A proper upright liquid is meant to be mixed with water so you can clean a larger area. This is already mixed with water.
Question:	Can I use with little green machine
Answer:	Yes. Works well.
Question:	I have the spotbot pet model 33n8. do i add this formula from the water line or is it used full strength
Answer:	My SpotBot solution container has a water fill line and a cleaning solution fill line. If you fill the container full strength, you'll probably empty the bottle after only one or two cleanings. It's probably good to read the manual that comes with the machine. If you don't have one, check the Bissell website for a possible downloadable copy.

Question:	Is there a way to clean the brush head from gunk stuck in it
Answer:	Yes, try suctioning up a small amount of water from a bowl to clean the brush head and hose of any debris or dirt. Hope this helps!
Question:	The water containers seem hard to empty out fully - not well designed. Is anyone having problems with that
Answer:	Yes! I was absolutely having issues emptying the dirty water tank. You can remove the plastic tank from the machine. There was a video that showed how to remove a section of that tank in order to open it up fully. I can't post the link here, but I hope this description helps. Take the dirty water tank off the machine. Then take the purple handle and move it up and over the tank. It will stick at the top and will look like it cannot go further, however, keep pressing gently but firmly and the handle will "give" slightly to allow it to go well over the top fo the tank, in almost a 180 degree change from where it was before. Now you can scoop your fingers under the top section and lift it off. You can see where the plastic looks like it will separate. Once separated, you can set the tank in the sink and clean both sides freely. I was afraid to push it over the top since it naturally stops there, but it does go over.
Question:	Many people say there is a defect were the hose meets the handle And it breaks does anyone know if bissel corrected this problem? Or do they give you
Answer:	I'm in the process of replacing mine because of the described problem. The hose do get brittle after so many usage, the the part of the hose connecting to the suction handle breaks. Problem is this model does not have a hose replacement. Also, I check around how to replace the hose and it looks like, it will take some breaking the machine apart to get to end of the hose connecting to the machine. BUMMER!!!

Bissell Little Green Multi-Purpose Compact Deep Cleaner

Strong spray and suction contains at least 50% recycled plastic. 3 inch stain tool helps you scrub stains away.

Dimensions: 13.8 lbs Check for suction at the back of the unit after removing the hose where it attaches to the back of the unit. If there IS suction at the back of the machine with the hose removed, follow these steps: Unplug the unit from the outlet. Check the Pre- and Post-Motor filters for debris. Dirty filters can restrict airflow. The Pre-Motor Foam Filter is square. You can find it in a pull-out tray under the Dirt Tank. The Foam Filter may be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent. Reinstall the filter when it’s completely dry. The Multi-Layer Post-Motor Filter is rectangular. It can be found on the side of the machine. Note: The white Multi-Layer Post Motor Filter isn’t washable. Make sure the dirt tank is empty. Check the upper tank for build-up or clogs. If it needs to be cleaned, use a short, Phillips-head screwdriver and take off the separator plate with a cloth (can be dampened with water or mild detergent). Replace dirt tank. Check for good suction at the end of the upholstery hose. If there’s good suction, make sure the hose is connected firmly to the lower hose on the back of the vacuum. If there’s no suction, check the hose for splits, cracks, or clogs. Make sure the Brush Roll is rotating. If it isn’t, take the access plate off and examine the brush and belt for damage. The access panel can be taken off by lifting the four tabs on the bottom of your machine. Clearing clogs detach the Upper Hose from the machine. Insert a broomstick into the hose to push any obstruction through. Remove the screw from the left side of the lower hose on the back of the unit. Straighten this section of hose by pulling it down or laying the unit on its side with the lower hose towards the top side. Look through the hose for any obstruction. Use a broomstick to unclog the hose. Power source - corded. Power rating: 3 amps.

Answer:	The brush head detaches from the hose. I clean it by running extremely hot water through it. You could even soak it in a warm water bath if needed. If there is a hair stuck inside the plastic portion, you can use an unbent page clip to dig it out.

Answer:	I have a spot-bot as well as a Bissell upright (about to buy this little green one) - and I use a zip tie - the kind you can use for bundling wires - very long and flexible - as long as the fuzz inside the suction head is still wet, a zip tie works really well for me!!

Answer:	Sorry to tell you this - I've had my first machine for yr and it worked fine until it would no longer spray- since it was old I thought some part must have worn out - and since it had given me many yrs of great service - I just went out and bought another one - I have had this new one for just about a yr and now the same problem is happening to this one - I've given up and use a spray bottle to apply solution and the machine to pick up the residue - I'll have to be in touch with the company - but this does seem like it could be a chronic problem.

Nu-Calgon's product bulletin says their "Evap Foam® No Rinse Evaporator Coil Cleaner" is "a 'no rinse', high performance, heavy duty detergent, specifically formulated with special surfactants and alkaline cleaners that have been developed into a foaming, no-rinse product. The aerosol product can be sprayed either right side up or upside down, and is ideal for use on most coils, but particularly suited for cooling or evaporator coils."

Answer:	No the battery life is less than 4 hrs.
Question:	Could you clean an entire medium sized rug with this
Answer:	No. You can’t clean anything because the solution leaks everywhere.

Answer:	It will clean the area and leak the dirty water in a new area.
Question:	How long does battery last? Do the brushes spin on the bottom
Answer:	Maybe 30 mins and the brush doesn't spin. You can detach it and rub the dirt back in. Btw it leaks straight out of the box.

Question:	will this work in an older Power Steamer? [model 1631]
Answer:	I am not familiar with model 1631. Bissell 2x pro deep clean works well on carpets. I suggest you visit Bissel website to determine if the product will work with your 1631 power steamer.
Question:	Since it has scotch Guard, does it mean that I'm not supposed to re-run the machine with just water to suck out all the cleaner
Answer:	Great question, you can still perform a water rinse after cleaning to remove any access formula/dirty water from your carpets but this will breakdown the Scotchgard protection quicker.
Question:	how large of an area will this item clean
Answer:	I think it depends on which machine you have; mine requires 5 oz. of cleaner per full tank. It also depends on how much you use over each pass; I've used about 20 oz and cleaned about 800-900 sq ft. Some areas I've even gone back over.
Question:	how big of an area in sqft with The 48oz 2x solution cover for mildly soiled low profile carpet
Answer:	Mine: 580 square feet moderately soiled with some stains to get out: 1.5 tanks with 1.5 caps. This is very concentrated and very effective. Cream low pile cheap apartment carpet, 10 yrs old; prior professional shampoo every six months (dog and cat). Now I only use my old Bissell and this great stuff. If you had a Spot Bot it would be even less to fully clean.

Question:	Does it comes with cleaning solution. How long does a bottle lasts
Answer:	It comes with a small container or cleaning solution, lasts for probably two uses. The normal bottles of solution are much bigger.
Question:	Does anyone know why the dirty water tank leak water when being removed? It happens to us at first time use, leaving dirty water all on the floor
Answer:	I do two things - one just before use and one just after use. Before, I double check the float stack to make sure its float is not stuck (like, turn the stack back and forth) and then make sure it is seated AND ALIGNED in the dirty water tank (look for arrow and the notch) and the ring is snug. AFTER, I dump the dirty water then remove the float stack and rinse it well and tilt it to make sure nothing is making the float stick and then reassemble after everything is pretty much dry. I learned the hard way with an older, bigger Bissell that the dirty water parts can get stuck with hair, lint, etc. On the new one, I learned on the first day that, after dumping and rinsing the stack, make sure that bottom ring is snug.
Question:	Whats better a single tank reservoir or 2 separate tanks
Answer:	This model is better than the one I had from 10 years ago, which collected grime near the brush and made a mess. Here you unsnap the tank and empty and are ready to go again. Fluid tank stays clean

Question:	Why can you not use this in an upright Bissell steam cleaner
Answer:	You can use this product in upright carpet cleaners. Add it to your fresh water
Question:	Can I use this cleaner by hand without a machine
Answer:	Can't help you with this. I think it's quite specific to this machine. Since its not cheap, I think you could find a product just for hand use. Having said that, why not buy the machine? It's very good and worth the $$
Question:	Can I use this cleaner on car upholstery
Answer:	It doesn't say on the bottle specifically. But I would imagine it would for non leather cloth seats. Recommend testing in a small inconspicuous place first
Question:	If I buy this to clean up where my dog had a urine accident, will it clean it and take out the odor, or do I need to get the oxy pet solution as well
Answer:	I haven't found anything yet that will take out the odor, but Nature's Miracle does the best job for me. This took out my cat urine stains when she became incontinent.
