Answer:	The picture is of the "bottom" side of the flapper, showing the hollow ball that falls down and seals the closet's discharge outlet. On the opposite (not pictured) side there's a tab to attach the chain.
Question:	What is the size of water line connection
Answer:	Make sure it really is the flapper first. Check the flush valve for cracks or an uneven edge and make sure it isn't the flush valve gasket. Fill the tank and shut off the water, see if it leaks down to the flapper and stops. If it leaks down lower, it isn't the flapper. I have had to replace both the flapper and the gasket on mine.
Question:	Why does my toilet clog
Answer:	According to the back panel of factory packaging for the Korky 2021BP, this flapper will fit TOTO Part No. THU138S. I had no problem with mine.

Answer:	The square insert for this handle is 5/8”. This handle just spins in the hole on my 3/4” toilet tank. It’s very frustrating that none of the sellers list the hole dimension in their descriptions.

It is almost too tall but I was able to adjust the floater to the right height to work for me...I was about 2-3 clicks from the last click. My tank has a water level and my water is set at that level. I also set the actual flapper to #4 setting if that helps

Answer:	it all has to do with the shape of your toilet's tank. if it's square and the handle is on the side, then you have a straight arm. if the tank is angled and the handle is on that angle then you need a handle that has an arm with the appropriate angle. the best way to make sure you get the right unit is to find out which company manufactured your toilet and search for that.

Answer:	The lever has a plastic nut (not show in pic) which unscrews off the backside of the handle. Slide the nut all the way down the gold shaft to remove it then feed the handle thru the toilet tank hole then reinstall the nut.

Answer:	I have an 1990ish Kohler it didn’t fit through the hole. There was a plastic piece that was a miniscule too big to go through.

Answer:	I cannot answer 100% accurately since mine is already installed. It did have rubber washers on both side of the tank and was a very snug fit. It's working great so far. Thanks

Answer:	The handle is plastic, the rod is metal. They must have changed it because I bought it in 4/2020 specifically because these answers said it was metal. It is plastic!

Answer:	MINE is matte black and not flimsy at all. Answers to questions are wrong because. different people purchased different options. Example: Q: Is the gold a shiny gold, matte or bronze? Thanks! A: Silver matte By Dog Mom rescuer on April 28, 2019 This person answered a question about the gold option with "silver matte". Obviously they own the brushed chrome version. To answer the actual question: I did hang mine vertically. It worked well for bathroom. Just know it needs one single screw you need to hang it where there is a stud to put it in. Horizontal or vertical irrelevant, just important you have the one stud. My black iron look is matte black paint over steel and if for any reason I wanted to change the color, I'd light sand it and use a rust-o-leon type paint. The seller has a storefront Amazon page. If you have questions about one of the options, just email him and ask what was used to create your choice color. They may all be painted steel no matter which you buy.
Question:	what is the size: ID, OD and thickness in inches
Answer:	It comes with an Allen wrench and a silver plate. Screw the silver plate into the wall and then the holder goes on with the Allen screw using the Allen wrench. You can hang it like the pic shows but I hung mine straight up. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I think the problem is the bleach tablet. It turns the water into a nasty orange color. Once the bleach tablet fully dissolves and only the blue tablet is left over, the water will be a nice blue color for a few weeks after that.
