Answer:	I think the problem is the bleach tablet. It turns the water into a nasty orange color. Once the bleach tablet fully dissolves and only the blue tablet is left over, the water will be a nice blue color for a few weeks after that.

Answer:	it all has to do with the shape of your toilet's tank. if it's square and the handle is on the side, then you have a straight arm. if the tank is angled and the handle is on that angle then you need a handle that has an arm with the appropriate angle. the best way to make sure you get the right unit is to find out which company manufactured your toilet and search for that.

Question:	Is this product safe for septic systems? I mean, will it kill all the good bacteria in the septic tank
Answer:	The Bleach cleaner is not safe for septic tanks. It would be our recommendation to use Bio-Balance (model 8202) Septic Cleaner or Original Blue Formulas as these have no chemicals that will harm the enzymes that are needed for your Septic system.
Question:	Is the cartridge supposed to sit above or below the water line of the tank, or doees it matter
Answer:	Thank you for your question concerning 8300P8 Flush “n” Sparkle Bleach Kit. The housing unit that the cartridge is inserted into is a sealed container and can get wet. The housing unit in most cases is located above the water line however it can be partially submerged. Question:	What is the difference betwee the Fluid Master Flush and Sparkle 8100 and 8300P8 models
Answer:	8300 is bleach only. The description for 8100 blue cartridge says that in addition to the bleach, it is a Surfactant-based cleaning agent which reduces spread of viruses and bacteria. The 8200 green cartridge is for septic tanks where bleach shouldn't be used.
Question:	Does this product harm parts in the tank, such as a rubber flapper
Answer:	The chlorine is directed into the overflow tube and thus the water in the tank does not receive the extra chlorine, so none of the tank parts except the overflow tube could be affected. Your question is apt as this is the entire reason for doing it this way -- the damage most chlorinators do to the flapper valve and metal parts (which hold the toilet together) in the tank. Just to recap: the flush water is not chlorinated. As the bowl empties and the flapper valve shuts the refill (small plastic line going from the float valve to the tank overflow) fills the bowl with chlorinated water which helps deter bacterial growth. You can get cartridges that are blue, clear (both with chlorine) and green (for septic tanks, no chlorine.)

Answer:	I think it won't work that way. Because it likes the oil flow on top of water and block the ordor, keep the ordor can't escape. If there is no water, it might just work like regular spray.

Answer:	When I bought mine, they were in 2-pack boxes. I do not know about what is being sold today. I went this route because I was having a hard time buying them locally. This is a great system because the bleach does not go into the water tank causing the rubber seals to rot (bypasses the water tank and goes directly into the bowl).
