Question:	Should I tear off the blue paper
Answer:	4 in each pack. But, I would not recommend this product! It actually stained my toilet bowls with blue streaks that would not come off even with bleach. I finally got the off by fading them with oxyclean powder and white vinegar in a paste. But I had to apply it several times before the stains were completely gone. It also created a blackish thick film in the tank that had to be scrubbed and scraped off.

I used glass paint to write “Mouthwash” on bottle to distinguish it from the “Soap” dispenser bottle. Extremely satisfied!

Answer:	I am using them for hand soap. I suppose you could use for shampoo but they are glass so I would be careful that they don't break in the shower. I am not sure if shampoo would be too thick for the straw inside the container.

Unfortunately, I found that the bowl cleaner melts, of course, but doesn't dissolve well, and forms a blue lump at the bottom of the tank, and doesn't work well after that. That's a why I'm no longer using it. I use the clorox half blue/half cleaner.

Question:	I bought 3 bottle packand directions say to leave film on and insert, I can’t see how that would work. Does anyone else have the bottles that can help
Answer:	The Bleach cleaner is not safe for septic tanks. It would be our recommendation to use Bio-Balance (model 8202) Septic Cleaner or Original Blue Formulas as these have no chemicals that will harm the enzymes that are needed for your Septic system.

Question:	How do you keep it from tipping over
Answer:	8300 is bleach only. The description for 8100 blue cartridge says that in addition to the bleach, it is a Surfactant-based cleaning agent which reduces spread of viruses and bacteria. The 8200 green cartridge is for septic tanks where bleach shouldn't be used.
Question:	Why does it say to leave the plastic on
Answer:	The chlorine is directed into the overflow tube and thus the water in the tank does not receive the extra chlorine, so none of the tank parts except the overflow tube could be affected. Your question is apt as this is the entire reason for doing it this way -- the damage most chlorinators do to the flapper valve and metal parts (which hold the toilet together) in the tank. Just to recap: the flush water is not chlorinated. As the bowl empties and the flapper valve shuts the refill (small plastic line going from the float valve to the tank overflow) fills the bowl with chlorinated water which helps deter bacterial growth. You can get cartridges that are blue, clear (both with chlorine) and green (for septic tanks, no chlorine.)

Question:	Do they get rid of rust stains from well water
Answer:	It does turn the tank and bowel blue, but doesn’t permanently stain them. The tablet lasts a few weeks and then I waited a few weeks to put another one in. In between, neither the tank nor the bowel was stained blue. It does help hard water stains. Still requires a little scrubbing, but not as much as without the tablet.
